After firing around an interest check on Discord, there appears to be some considerable interest in
In the interest of allowing us all to watch and grimace at one another pain and suffering, there will be an observation thread set up with gambling permitted.
However, there is an addition to this - it will not be PvP, it will be PvE. Each pair will do two threads as follows -
Raydo vs Nor’baal. Thread one - Raydos PC with Nor’baal NPCing, Thread Two we switch roles.
As well as this, and just to make things all the more spicy, the NPC’er for each thread will do two D6 Dice Rolls, which will be intended to decide just what you are facing off against. The first role will be the power of the creature, with one being pathetic, and six being ‘Sweet Mother of Mercy, why?’. The second roll will be the beast you will face, as follows:
- #1 Wampa
- #2 Reek
- #3 Nexu
- #4 Acklay
- #5 Rancor
- #6 Gorog
The first person to get a level 6 Gorog, can have their tombstone carved for free.
One each round ends, the lots will be reset, and the next round will start until we have an overall winner. With each round, special conditions will be added - you can see more on this below.
There is only one condition to this, and that is that each and every thread will be death and injury enabled - the TL ends in December, so all's cool. To make things more interesting, I shall be acting as the overall NPC’er for the tournament itself, and I shall be using a nice little Hutt, with the final winner of the competition being permitted to leap out of the arena, and exact furious revenge upon him once they have been declared champion. Why? Because Princess Leia was ahead of her time.[/SIZE]
Conditions of the Rounds
To add to the mix, and make things more
- No Heavy Armour is Permitted.
- No Gas Based Explosives are Permitted
As the rounds go on and we near the final, these conditions will update and get more severe, with weapons being excluded, and much much more. Please note, that injuries sustained in early rounds can be healed before your next round - at the cost of a +1 modifier to both your strength and beast roles.
