"The Meeting" (Sontrebren Crew Only)

[FaMiLy]

"You'll have to see who is assigned to what, if your Crew assigned to that case, then you'll be able to do it." Govon said. "Personally I think Blake's crew should be assigned to the Republic Ship case. For the shipment of Death Sticks and Spice we'll have to see, most likely Pok's crew. The mining case can be situated at an later time, there's no rush."

 

[Leviatho]

Knot nodded his head in appliance but was a little disappointed, but what the boss says goes and he knew never to question his orders.

Knot took a step back and waited for further instructions from Malkav.

 

[Ka've]

Malkav turned away from his boss in a approving manner. "Then it is settled. Blake's crew shall handle the Republic fighter while Pok's crew will go handle the shipment. Do it fast and discreetly."

Malkav leaned closer to his boss and whispered into his ear "What business do we have to take care of?"

 

[Ru the Boatswain]

Teo finally moved. Shifting he leaned closer to his captain. "You know, I think our crew would have been perfect for that republic hijacking." He was trying to grab the only job wile there was still a chance. Teo didn't like having to do boring runs or wait on the ship wile the meat heads beat up some thugs.

 

[FaMiLy]

Govon leaned towards his trusted companion, "I'm getting sick." he mentioned.

 

[Ka've]

Malkav blinked in shock.

Is he seriously sick? Deadly


Perhappppsss

Shutup. Not now..

Malkav whispered into Gorvon's ear "Sick? How sick? .....when did this happen?"

 

[Viggy]

Hearing Malkav's orders and responding with a crisp nod, Poknor then turned to Teo. "You heard him. Follow me, my ship Nine Lives is docked three levels above here. We need to move quick."


On his way out, the Cathar briefly spoke to Malkav. "Send the Correlian pick-up location to my personal computer."

With that the Cathar went down the stairs and out the door of the abandoned house. He started making his way up to the higher levels, knowing Teo would not be far behind.

[Ka've]

Malkav's hand found his way onto Pok's shoulder, stopping him in his tracks. Malkav's voice sounded like another as he said "...You have not been given your leave yet.....stay until then..."

 

[Viggy]

He froze, tilting his head at the Underboss as he was stopped. "Very well..."

He waited to hear what else needed to be discussed, or to receive leave to go.

 

[FaMiLy]

Malkav blinked in shock.

Is he seriously sick? Deadly

Shutup. Not now..

Malkav whispered into Gorvon's ear "Sick? How sick? .....when did this happen?"

"Getting close." Govon whispered, "So is Kelly."
(Kelly is Govon's NPC wife.)

"Now then!" Govon announced to the crew, "before this meeting is over I want everybody to finalize there ideas here. If you have something to say here is another chance to say it. Also Pok how are you going to go about solving this problem you've been assigned to, and Blake how are you going to?" He waited for his answers.

 

[Viggy]

"Seems simple enough, boss," Poknor replied, drumming his furry fingers on the barrel of his slug thrower.

"I and my crew fly to Correlia and pick up the stuff, then stash it in my ship's hidden compartments. After that we come back here, and sell it all off to the lower dealers. We guard it carefully in case any of 'em try something stupid, or in case any rival organization might've got wind of the shipment, and decides to try and make a move. In short - we'll pick up the stuff, we'll bring it back, and we won't let anybody take it from us without paying in full."

 

[FaMiLy]

"That's fine, don't let yourself get hurt." Govon mentioned, "Remember if you need help were here." His voice was modest and very deep. "As for you blake?"

Govon kept upbeat, the meeting was going to be over soon. There wasn't much more to be said. Everybody knew after the meeting there was always a drinking time, drinks would be served and hopefully not crashed. If it came to any means, the crashers would be solved with a few slug shells in there head.

Govon trusted Pok and Blake both, he knew they'd be able to pull it off. Pok was strike and Blake was too. They both were meant to be leaders and that's why there were Capos and had there own crews. Otherwise they'd still be remaining soldiers and the ones that followed them would be the capos. Govon decided their futures just as he decided their fate.

 

[D.C.]

The Gambler stepped forward and spoke: "My men and I will be sneaking onboard that flagship. I know those ships inside out, due to my past as a soldier in the Republic Army. We'll sneak to the hangar in which the fighter is docked, we'll board it and then when they launch it we're gonna kill the pilots of the fighter. Then I'll take over the control of the ship and I'll get as far as possible from the flagship. I know it works. Done it in the past, the only differance was we were on an Alsakan flagship and we stole an Alsakan fighter. Easy job, when ye got the right crew... and I got the right crew!"

He nodded to Knot and then looked back at Govon. "I have one question, boss. Where do you want us to hide the Fighter when we've stolen it?"

OOC: I'll try to find more PC crewmembers, before starting the thread of our mission. If I can't find any I'll use some NPCs which can be replaced by PC members later on.

 

[Ka've]

Malkav answered for his boss, saying "I'll send you the coordinates for the flagship that we have orbiting a planet once we leave." He looked at everyone "That goes for all of you. You all will have a briefing delivered to you once you leave this room."

 

[FaMiLy]

"That's fine Blake, keep it secret though. Don't alarm guards too much." Govon remarked, "The meeting is almost over a party will be held afterwards."

Govon motioned for the meeting to go on, he got up excusing himself and walked into the bathroom. A few guards followed behind him and watched over the outside door. Govon was coughing a bunch before he walked into the bathroom. He was beginning a sickness, and most should of been able to tell.

As he was in the bathroom, the meeting was going to continue as he expected.

 

[Ka've]

Malkav starred at the hallway which his boss had disappeared into. What was wrong with him?

He turned back to the task at hand. Malakv's eyes scanned around the room. They had all seen Govon's weakness, his sickness. Would they be planning something? Such a move would not be original by far.

Malkav reached out to the Force. He felt it like a old friend, always there, always waiting, happy to be used for anything. He stretched it out until it was clogged inside the room....and he listened.

They have no malice toward you or Govon

I wanted to make sure

You didn't have to.

"I do not think there is much left to be discussed here. You may stay for the party or leave. We have-"

A rush went through the Force.

Someone is coming to hurt us. We must leave

Malkav reached out with the Force once again. He knew it was dangerous gathering like this. It was only a matter of time until.....

He closed his eyes. He saw sirens.

Malkav opened his eyes and stood up quickly. He said to the rest of the attendee's "We have been compromised. Security teams are on their way here. We must leave at once."

He signaled a guard to go inform Govon of the situation. He turned back to the table and said "Pok and Knot. You both stay here and cover our exit. Once everyone is gone there are two swoop bikes out back. Take them if you wish, but leave quickly." He winked at them both and said "If either of you dies...I will hold the other responsible. Now go."

Malkav waited on Govon.

 

[Leviatho]

Even though the room was still dark and musty the tension seemed to lighten up the room up a little bit for every one was promised partying after the meeting.

Then when He nodded to Knot and then looked back at Govon. "I have one question, boss. Where do you want us to hide the Fighter when we've stolen it?" Knot smirked and nodded back.

Govon promised a party and then excused himself and as he passed Knot he was coughing heavily. Knot looked concerned and then walk over to the Gambler and whispered so only he could hear " from the sounds of the boss i don't know how much longer he'll be with us. Lets make sure we don't screw this one up."

He then looked around and continued "I know a couple of people that can smuggle you on board that battle cruiser and then you can take out the pilot and take his place instead. I'll contact him after the party and let you know whats i heard."

 

[Leviatho]

Just after he got done talking to the Gambler Malkav started shouting out orders about the meeting place being compromised and told Pok and him to cover their exits.

Knot looked right at Pok and cocked his Gatling Bolt thrower, smiled then said " 100 credits says I can kill more then you ". Knot Goaded Pok on with a smile and a nudge.

 

[FaMiLy]

The guards rushed in and Govon was coughing and continued to.
"Boss Malkav warned us of the law." They said respectfully.
"Get out!" Govon warned them, he didn't like them jumping all over him.
"Very well." All the guards rushed out of the room. In a matter of time, govon finally appeared out from the room infront of all his companions.

"What did you see Malkav?" Govon said. "If it's important tell me now, otherwise save your breath. Everybody get out, if the law is coming, then they're coming. I trust Malkav's thoughts. Now go!" Soon the waiters from the back rooms had ran outside and left, most of the crews and what not had left too. The only people in the room was the loyal soldiers and the 'heads' of the family. Govon waited not to long, they all had to go.

"Now Blake and Pok you two know what to do, everybody else continue to follow orders from either your crew heads or Malkav and myself. Otherwise shut the *uck up and mind your business. Anybody spill out information to the law, you know what will be done."

Govon trusted the men around him but he always reinforced his rules. He still had to talk to Malkav anyhow.

"We'll all take the big ship, we're going to head back. I have to talk to Malkav personally. Pok and Blake you can go whenever you wish to do your missions assigned. Knot and Malkav come along, but Knot if Blake needs you, you stay with him."

Govon turned towards the exit and motioned for them all to come along.

 

[Ka've]

Malkav followed his boss toward the back of the building. They exited through the back and into a waiting speeder. Malkav and Govon entered the speeder and the driver sped off once they were secure. Malkav looked out the window, watching the meeting building disappear behind them. He looked at Govon and said "You said you need to talk to me? What about boss?"
