.:.Calamity stood in the arena, his dark, cold eyes darkly watching the entrance of the arena from under his dark, sinister cloak. Hands at his hips, he tried to wait with an edge of patience, which did not come easily to the heir; the thrill of an arena match was rushing through him. Reaching into the force, he let its darkness flow through him, raging through every pore in his body, replenishing the darkness inside the sith lord.

He was ready for this battle, yes. His hand was ready to grab his lightsaber incase the general decided to make a surprise appearance. Studying darkly, the heir to the obsidian throne of the sith waited.:.

And eventually, the Mandalorian made his appearance. Calmly, coolly, and with an aire of regality, the battle-hardened veteran entered the arena. It took him an incredibly long time to walk the distance to the arena pit, and when he finally made it there, he stood their motionlessly and wordlessly. All was silent, until finally the Mandalorian spoke.

"What are the terms."

Aryas's voice is deep and unnaturally gruff, as if someone had taken a knife and slit his voice box a few times, only to have it heal back. To add to the effect, his helmet electronically warbled his speech, giving it the metallic sound that only a droid's voice normally contained. Not only that, but his question wasn't really a question; he didn't ask his competitor what the terms were. Instead, he seemed to demand them, and obviously expected a definite response.

I am fine with no rules...

.:.Calamity snarled the words out, and gripped his lightsaber firmly in his hand, ready to ignite. He let his cloak fall to the ground, and he force pushed it to the side.:.

ooc: Ahhhhh, please forgive me Ember! I was very busy this weekend, and I haven't had much time to post. Sorry about that. And if I do take 72 hours to post, then I don't mind; I deserve to lose for wasting your time.

IC: Aryas grunts in recognition, and slowly pulls forth a disturbingly large blaster in his left hand. In his right, a long, gleaming sword is unsheathed, and in a moment, Aryas stands in a ready Mandalorian Perfect Defense form. He activates the systems in his armor with a thought, and soon, stimulants pump through his system. His Force Mask activates, as do his Mandalorian Shuk'orok. Two Mandalorian Power Shields simultaneously activate, and now the Mandalorian was truly ready for battle.

In a flash of motion, the fight begins! Aryas brings his blaster upwards and unloads a flurry of shots! His hair trigger worked to his advantage, allowing him to unload roughly 10 disruptor shots in a matter of moments! With the General's uncanny aim, the shots fly unerringly towards their target; namely a Sith called Calamity.

ooc: it's cool

ic:

.:.With godlike speed, a force bubble was drawn around calamity, deflecting the blaster fire with a yawning ease. When the 10 blaster bolts ceased from existence, calamity let his shield down, his dark eyes peering out with a mockingness from under his dark, taunting mask. He softly chuckled as he saw the mandalorian shields envelope the general. Calamity swung his saber in an honorable arch, its red light swinging graciously in the arena light. It landed in a defensive stance, playing in the mandalorian's eyes. Hacking into the force, he began to force push the general's feet... as a sly distraction. From behind, a strong force push came, meaning to knock the general flat on his face, with the combined power of the force push on his ankles.

In another sly measure, calamity put the blade of his lightsaber in a jabbing, dark motion, right where the general would have to land from the sly force pushes...:.

Sly as the attack was, it wasn't effective. Not only was Aryas the pinaccle of healthy living, but his Power Belt, Mandalorian Shuk'orok, strength-enhancing stimulants, and strength-enhancing armor made him a veritable juggernaut.

So surely it would come as no surprise if the Force Push to his ankles doesn't even make him budge. And if that was the case, why should it be such a stretch to suppose he stands fast as the other Force Push attempts to knock him down?

For that was the case; the unnaturally strong Mandalorian hardly even budged as each Force Push hit him. The fact that Mandalorians were naturally resistant to the Force gave him a further edge...

Because the General hadn't fallen where Calamity expected him to go, the Sith's lightsabre was out of position. Using that to his advantage, Aryas sends yet another flurry of blaster bolts towards the Sith, this time numbering fifteen. He knew the Sith could easily block them with a Force Bubble, but each time the Force Bubble was drawn, Calamity lost a bit of energy. That's what Aryas was playing on; eventually, a blaster shot should connect.

That's not the end of it, however. The Mandalorian also swings his specially-crafted bastard sword with his right hand, an attack with unparalleled, enhanced strength behind it. The gleaming blade swings through the air, looking to decapitate its foe.

.:.Again, calamity made a force bubble, easily deflecting the blaster shots from the mando. The amount of force a force bubble took was microscopic; calamity could virtually go on like that for years. Sensing the general's blade nearing him, he quickly moved in his own saber, parrying the attack. The heir then went into his don moch lightsaber form, a fiercely aggressive form. Calamity's lightsaber was going through the air at unfathomable speeds, seeming as if a red flicker of light was just plummeting through the air. Swift, strong motions were in an undying series of attacks towards the general, which kept on going. It was obvious that the attack was masterful, and the endurance of this sith lord was priceless. Calamity was on a large offensive, but his attack was undying, as this melee master's endurance. Calamity, using the force then through a chair from the audience towards the mandalorian, hoping to result in a whole in the general's defenses (knocks into him, leaves opening for saber attack).:.

The Sith's skill with a blade was admirable, to be sure. But then again, so was Aryas's. After all, battle was literally in the Mandalorian's blood; not only was his genetic makeup specifically designed for battle, but stimulants pumped through his system, increasing his already formidable powers.

And so, using the Mandalorian Perfect Defense form, it is no difficult task for Aryas to predict and parry each of the Sith's attacks. His silver blade is as much of a blur as Calamity's as he blocks each attack in turn. As he blocks with his one hand, he fires his blaster at the Sith; if ever he forgot to keep his Force Bubble up, he'd get blasted with a shot that had torn ship linings apart.

A chair? That was the best the Dark Lord's apprentice could throw at the General? One measly chair? Aryas simply moves his blaster once, continues blocking, and fires at the chair. Not even the fabulous metal chair could stand up to his upgraded Mandalorian Disintegrator! The remaining dust motes could hardly penatrate General Aryas's shields, let alone his armor, as they bounced harmlessly off of him.

Meanwhile, Aryas keeps firing his blaster, and keeps blocking Calamity's attacks. The pace was furious, but not so furious that someone like Aryas couldn't keep at it for a very long time.

Finally, Aryas decides he's had enough. The General's speed and quickness was the stuff of legends, and this was a good example of that. In a surprise move, he drops the bastard sword, letting it dangle from the cortosis-wove, durasteel chain that connected it to his wrist. The Sith's lightsaber comes towards him, ready to stick itself deep within his chest...

But instead, it simply rebounds off of the General's shields. Mandalorian Power Shields could easily deflect both physical and energy attacks, and lightsabres qualified under both. Meanwhile, as Calamity takes the time to strike and recover from the unexpected move, Aryas's fist is already sailing towards Calamity's stomach. His punch had gone through durasteel walls, and would easily crush a few internal, and no doubt important, organs inside the Sith if it landed.
