Tournament Match: Darman vs. Darca

[Darman]

Darman felt himself being lifted off the ground slightly. He looked up seeing a huge magnet above him. Darman pressed a button, then all of his armor detached itself from his under suite. The armor, along with his helmet flew up and connected to the magnet. "You just did me a favor." Darman said stretching his back.

Darman then saw six punches coming at him. Darman blocked the first two with his hands, then dropped and let the last fly over him. Darman then kicked at Darca's feet, hoping to trip him up. Darman then sprung up, and tried to elbow Darca in the stomach.

*Each punch threw echo Darca's failures, each attack he did was too slow or not strong enough. He look at Darman with those snakes eyes that too were famous or infamous depended on who you ask. Darca smiled a little again but this time, his brusies gave away the little humanity he had left after 30 years of constant war.*
"You think that was it? I got all the bombs, and all the poison I need. But for you, all your weapons arn't useable."
*Darca threw a small plastic exploision at the suit insides destorying all of the inner electronics.*
"Its only fair."
*Then all of a sudden several small plastic objects were thrown from Darca's belt. A sudden hiss was heard as the room filled up with a white gas. Darca could still see if it were a clear day with his robotic eye but Darman couldn't without his amour. Darman soon lost sight where Darca was but all of a sudden a fist came from behind Darman and a loud noise of a small object falling on the ground echo in the tight room.*

 

[Darman]

"I am my own weapon." Darman said closing his eyes, letting his other senses take over. There would be no point in trying to see and wasting energy. Darman heard a light shuffling of feet behind him, so he ducked. The guess was right, as Darca's arm flew over him. Darman looked up and grabbed it in blur. Darman rose still holding it, then twisted it so Darca's elbow was facing up. Darman then bent the arm back towards Darca, breaking it, if not more.

"Now, it's fair." Darman then jumped into the smoke behind him and saw Darca. Darman grabbed his belt and yanked it off Darca. He then threw it behind him, down into the lower leavels. Darman heard a faint thump as it hit the ground. "Don't you understand? You can't beat me." Darman said making a final attack. His hand flew at Darca with incredible speed. His palm showing, Darman attacked to Darca's heart. If the attack hit, a great shock would be sent through his body towards his heart, possibly stopping it.

 

[Darca]

"Who do you think I am? Don't you think I was wearing amour? I been killing people before you were born, don't treat me like rookie."
*A loud thum sound was heard, Darca appear to be wearing some kind of vest. He smiled as the object began with a powerful explosion; the full weight of the blast hit Darman from behind. Darman was in fact a human sheild but that wasn't the purpose. Now it was over, it went off to close to Darman and now he was temporarily deaf. Juding my Darca's own ear damage it would be a couple of days before full sound was heard. Darca managed to get free from Darman's hold and now was ready to go about killing. He dissappeared into the shadows of the room, but he still Darca was carefull. With Darman for all purpose was now blind and deaf Darca could take his time and finish Darman off. With Darca then all of a sudden came out of the sky and landed right behind Darman about 3 feet away. Sudden;y Darca rush up behind Darman and put him in a hold. Darca's hands rest tightly around Darman's neck and began to voilenitly moving back and forth. Darca's arms went up from under Darman's arm pits and were tightly bounded to his body. No matter how Darman scream or pull or try to pull off, Darca would hold on with his near impossible to get out of grip. With Darman panting and sweating his strength must had been decreased greatily."

BATTLE JUDGE RULING: I agree and disagree with Darman. First of all, he did block your attack. The vest blocked it. But, Darca, you did auto-hit him. You can't just make someone blind and deaf, nor can you decided whether or not someone was losing strength.

ooc2: No I just snought up behind you and begin to choke you
ooc3: I kinda threw a grenade earlier that made the area into a thick mist, without Darman's helmet hes is for all purpose blind, for the deaf I drop another grenade that he didn't block, if a exploision goes off that close to someone their hearing is temporaly lost.
ooc5: I was saying that as poetic lisense, I meaning that during the battle he had weaken(so have I) and without his amour(I think it adds to his strength level) must weaken.

ooc: 1, you can't make me deaf
2, blind no, but can't see becasue of the smoke fine...but as soon as that clears I'm seeing again
3, you auto-hit me with the explosion in my back
4, I'm gonna post and if you don't like it....too bad

Darman felt a hand on his neck, and he knew what he had to do. Darca's swinging of Darman was helping Darman. Darman swung back and forth for a while, slowly losing air. He then kicked to Darca's shin and groin. Darman then violently shook at his neck, breaking free. If Darca was a man, he would be down for the shot to groin. Darman then took a breath of air then was off.

Darman ran through the smoke for a while until he came to a platform. Darman jumped onto it, and then grabbed onto a chord. Darman climbed down the cord until he reached the bottom leavel. Darman waited there gaining his breath, and letting his eyes readjust to the light.

BATTLE JUDGE RULING: I agree. You can't auto-hit with an explosion, nor can you make someone deaf. You can lessen one's ability to see due to the smoke, but you can't blind someone.

I didn't do a auto hit; he didn't defend against it. The exploision that close to a human being without any amour/helmet would make them deaf for a lest a hour or so

If that was supposed to be the explosive device, then saying it was a "small object" is in no way specific enough. It could have been anything.
