Two Brothers Duel

They weren't really brothers but other than Lorn, Nazar was Vaxvesh's closest friend in the Bogan. He thought they were brothers but even then, Vaxvesh made sure to create limits since he was not someone that trusted easily, nor did he want to become someone that would do anything for that person. The only faction that he would die for was for the Bogan.

"Thank you for accepting my invitation." he stated, looking at the Chistori. In terms of strength, he knew that Nazar was stronger than him. He however wondered if he was faster than him, considering that Zabraks had more than one heart. The Dark Jedi Initiate brought in two lightsabers, one being curved, the other being standard hilted. Both had dual phase functions, allowing his lightsaber to have a longer blade. In addition to that, Vaxvesh had meditated several hours before the battle, wanting to make sure that his force reserves were ready.

"I look forward to this duel." he stated. After Nazar's reply, the Dark Jedi Initiate prepared himself for whatever the Chistori could muster up.

Nazar was intrigued by the proposition of a duel, curious as to what his comrade and friend could have in mind. As a dark jedi, Nazar prided himself on his abilities in the force, more then his abilities with a blade. A lightsaber to him being a useful, if somewhat limited, tool which he had great knowledge in using. However, nazar was the type of person who preferred to toss a person in the air, then cut them down with his lightsaber.

He arrived and gave a roll of his neck and shoulders, reaching down to his belt as he drew his saber, a longer handle then most to accommodate his rather large size. Nazar had height, weight, and strength on his side, simply from a physical standpoint. It would be how well he could utilize his force powers to counter Vaxvesh's attacks, that would determine who would win. After all, Nazar's saber skills were not the best suited for dueling, being a Shii-Cho practitioner for its skill in dealing with crowds and ambush situations well, not one on one attacks.

He ignited his light green blade, a hiss and a low bass hum emitting forth as Nazar gave his saber a spin, grasping it in a two handed grip as he smirked to Vaxvesh. "I'll try not to disappoint you. Let this be the perfect battle..." He said as he began to take a few steps to the right, keeping his distance from Vaxvesh as he let out a slow exhale, calming his mind and opening it up to the force for guiding his hand.

Yes, Nazar was the stronger of the two. That however did not mean that Vaxvesh wasn't strong as well, considering that he had a dense muscular structure due to years of physical training. Vaxvesh also had agility, mobility, and flexibility in his side. To put it simply, it seemed like this battle was going to be a battle between speed vs strength. He wondered how the Chistori would act, and how good his blade work was.

Vaxvesh began to move, using his two hearts to make him run faster than any human. He activated his standard hilted lightsaber with a dual phase function already activated reading himself for whatever was going to happen. The Dark Jedi Initiate quickly used the force, wanting to make sure that Nazar did not begin any movements before he even attacked. Vaxvesh used telekinesis and sent a force push toward Nazar's legs, wanting the Chistori to fall. The Dark Jedi then moved his lightsaber in an upward motion. Due to the dual phase function, the lightsaber's length had increased, and if the attack worked, Nazar would fall immediately, his body meeting the blade of the Zabrak.

Nazar had been circling when the force push came, feeling his leg go out from under him, Nazar pulled his blade close to his chest on instinct, preparing for a guard when the saber came towards his chest. His lightsaber was a duel phase as well, one Nazar used to shorten his blades length to manuver it with greater ease, just in time for the Chartreuse Green Blade to catch the other, both sparking against one another as held his saber with a two handed grip. He held his saber in place horizontally, using his strength to shove against Vaxvesh's blade as he threw out his hand.

He utilized a force pull, aiming to grab Vaxvesh's leg in a similar way Vaxvesh had done to him. The strong shove backwards might not be enough to do so, but Nazar's force pull was like a rip current, aiming to pull Vaxvesh into the air ankle first and expose his back to Nazar, who had already re-extended his saber and held it in a one handed grip, moving in towards Vaxvesh as he clenched his fist of his left hand, sending out a quick jab towards the Zarback's back from a distance, the blow sending out a Force Push to send him flying, upside down and facing away from Nazar.
