Two more Lightsaber Questions

I've looked all over and I can't find it again, but I remember when I was originally reading through various rules I saw a limit on how many lightsaber forms a character can learn and when they can be considered to have mastered them. What was it again?

Also: I've picked up through osmosis and browsing through various threads that all seven of the major forms seem to be in existance here, am I correct? And if so, does that include both variations on Form V? If not, would it be possible for my char to learn Form III(He's going to, anyway) and then adapt Form V as he was learning it? Djem So fits him a lot better than Shien.

Try to stick to one form as it is difficult to learn more than one as a younger jedi, wait a bit if you can.

Oh my, yes. I had no intentions on learning a second form for quite a while yet. Heck, Sevyk has only handled his Master's lightsaber once, thusfar. I just tend to think ahead a lot and thought I'd ask. ^_^;
