well...how could we stop it from happening now? Dashin just gets another call from boli all of a sudden, and it's like a meeting with three of the most powerful men in the galaxy? I don't know...sounds weird.

It has nothing to do with us teaming up. Don't worry, I barely even know what's going on with it. Dakar just asked to talk to me.

And the Republic never teamed with any Dark Lord.

LOL....The Nightmare Man and the Mandalorian General?

Ok, so he isn't teaming up with them, but still we need to get our butts in gear and be proactive. We need a plan..lol.

I know exactly what's going on. In fact, I suggested it to Dakar myself.

You'll all hate me for doing it, btw. Just so you know.

I cannot tell you, but when it happens, it'll be no biggie.

Due to Kurt's less than enthusiastic response, it has to do with Mancery.

It has nothing to do with Mancery, but it will affect the Jedi in a massive way. Think along the lines of what do the Sith want, and what do the Republic want. We're going to be left out of the loop for a reason, and we aren't going to like the outcome.

So, we need to consider what we can do IC that will still give us the upper hand. I think, considering Tyrn's past and his motivations, that we need to attack a Sith world, and it needs to be a big one. I'm going to suggest to the Republic that we make a strike at Korriban. For the Sith, it's a key religious world, it's relatively undefended (the majority is a dusty wasteland, so it's anything but a fortress world) and it cuts the Sith off from their Dark Side Force Nexus and training facilities.

Alternatively, we could go stretegic, striking at other Sith worlds, such as (going by guesses, as the Sith Worlds thread has been damaged) Kuat or Corellia, though for obvious reasons they will be more difficult worlds to strike at.

If Bac role plays the Republic properly, nothing will happen to the Jedi at all. The offer for Coruscant will be refused. The Chancellor (aka Bac) would be a fool to go against the wishes of the Jedi with such a trade. Ossus for Coruscant? Fucking stupid, the Jedi would never agree to that, and if the Jedi do not agree, then the Republic won't either, unless they want to break away from the Jedi completely for a single planet. Dumb move, trading Coruscant for an army of Force-users.

Put into account Dashin's mistrust of the Jedi, Kurt. Coruscant is the hub of the galaxy, and the Republic is nothing without it. Ossus is a backwater world with a library, full of scholars who have so far done little to nothing to help the Republic with the war effort. Also, put into account the Jedi pacifism. We aren't an army of Force users, we're an Order of peacekeepers.

An order of peace keepers who just decided they were going crusading. The Jedi would not negotiate an entire planet full of their own archives. Dashin would be a real idiot to do this, if that's even what Dakar will be proposing. He's been messing around with us for some time now, and even I do not know what he's doing.

The Republic is nothing without Coruscant? Give the Sith Ossus for Coruscant (they want it for a reason... this is not a good thing for us........duh), and the Republic will still be nothing. It's a smart move for Provin, but not for the Jedi, and especially not for the Republic. "Yay, we get Coruscant back, but now we're surrounded by Sith, and we just gave them that entire library on Ossus with all the Jedi's knowledge.... shucks."

Dashin will have no idea what to do. He basically has two options:

1) Allow billions (if not trillions) of people to continue to be enslaved by the Sith Empire

2) Alienate the Jedi and fuck everything up again
