Name of Faction/Organization: Jedi Order

Description of Influence Exertion: Humanitarian aid in the wake of a large-scale earthquake that has left the second largest city of Eriadu in shambles.

Missions:
Layer One Missions;
  1. Food. Food is one of the basic requirements for the people who have survived this tragedy and one of the first things that gets disrupted during such trying times. The Jedi and their allies will need to secure shipments of food to the people of the city in their camps so that they may have the strength to rebuild their lives. As Jedi, violent methods of acquiring these supplies are to be avoided.
  2. Water. As with food, water is vital and oh so very easily disrupted in the wake of such high levels of destruction. Water supplies within the city are contaminated beyond use due to several chemical spills and a lack of consistent supply runs. The Jedi must get the water flowing cleanly once again, either by cleaning the existing water supplies or securing a solid supply line for it.
  3. Shelter. Eriadu is not a death planet in terms of environment but exposure is still no laughing matter. Thankfully for the population, several old bunkers from the time of the Galactic Civil War can be found a short distance from the city itself and they are in relatively good condition. They are also, however, home to dangers and desperate survivors unwilling to share. The Jedi must lead the way in securing the shelter for the greatest number of survivors.
Layer Two Missions;
  1. Search and Rescue. Using a mixture of Telepathy and Force Sight, Jedi are to brave the still-dangerous city to find and rescue people trapped by the destruction. Survivors acting out their Apocalypse survival behaviors, wild animals, rogue droids, uncertain footing and aftershocks are but a few of the dangers that can be faced. The priority is to keep your survivors alive.
  2. Cultural Protection. Several important museums and other cultural sites were hit by the earthquake just as much as the industrial and residential sides of the city and the people will need the artifacts of their past for strength in the trying times ahead. Push through the rubble and past security systems still active to secure items of cultural significance to the locals.
  3. Clearance. Heavy lifting. There is nothing glamorous about it but the city will need to get back on it's feet and that starts by clearing up the debris of the old city so there's space to build the new. Massive sections of buildings will need entire teams of Jedi to focus on moving or breaking down into more manageable chunks. This task is going to be incredibly taxing with the Force if not tackled with wisdom and patience.

What do you mean by "Layer One" and "Layer Two" missions?

Different levels of difficulty IC mainly - wanted to make it so there were In Character lower and higher risk missions for people to take on

Idea was to base the mission objective on a hierarchy of needs so, layers

Apparently i forgot to hit 'send' on this, whoops

Makes sense, just needed to clarify what you intended with the layers. I see no issues with this. Have fun with the relief effort
