Figured since I had already biked about 10 miles today, I'd do another ten, then figured that since I'd done 20 I'd just head down to the local cross fit gym and check it out (2.5m) then figured I'd sign up for crossfit and work out with 'em so I did 10 sets of 130lbs squat clean and jerks then drug 160 lbs 100 yards, then since I'd done all that I figured I'd just bike home instead of catching the bus (2.5 milesish) for a total of 25 miles biked. I've now had a nice hot shower, and am fixing fish fillets and a salad and possibly a bit of pasta.
I figure today was a good day.
