Guild.

So I made a guild on the TOR forums, I made a thread about this years ago that it'd be great if members from this forum where in a guild together in game and maybe overtime, make our own forum for game related matters, so as not to clutter SWRP.

If you guys are up for joining the Conclave, that'd be swell. It's aligned with the Empire as of now and the name of the Guild is from a book I love, a series written by Raymond E. Feist.

That's good to hear, leadership and all that would eventually be sussed out in-game along with all the other important facets. This is literally just to acquire a member base, so anyone whose interested just needs to register with the SW:TOR website, and join the Conclave of Shadows.

I'd join, but I'm not sure if I will be able to get the game at launch. I am still pending on a job (one that pays money, that is).

I'm looking at Imp Agent as my first character, stealth oriented.

I was hoping the guild would be mainly Bounty Hunter and Imperial Agent oriented. So that works out well with my Bounty Hunter Mercenary. Although Sith Inquisitors and Sith Warriors would of course be welcome also.

I'm holding back on which advanced class I'd go for until there are more details about which skills are class-specific and which are universal, since both classes have the potential to appeal to me.

I'd probably join, gonna do a DPS Juggernaught SW for my main I think, not a fan of duel wielding.*

I think I'm going to play this, if for no other reason than in the hope it will redeem Star Wars mmorpgs in my mind (I was a Galaxies player for several years). I always seem to play light-side hero types, but getting in on the Sith Empire could be a fun change for me.

Would the guild be RP oriented? I was in a couple serious roleplay guilds with galaxies and it was a lot of fun, a nice break from the leet speaking children that dominate these sorts of things.

Would the guild be roleplay oriented? I could make a separate guild for roleplaying Sith, and the could come together for roleplays that involve both aspects of the Empire.

The Powertech class is so far just looking looking like Master Chief meets Boba Fett over and over again, Mercenary is the only thing that has my interest.

Originally I had us signed on to be on an RP server, but that will ultimately be decided closer to launch. I would however love if the guild had medium level roleplay aspects to it but still willing to help eachother out on quests and perform raids and the like. There's no point in creating a separate guild tbh, we will have all the four classes on-board, just a concentration on the non-force users.

Empire? **** that. Smuggler is going to be my first class.

You guys don't have to use your mains for this guild, alt's would be perfectly okay to be honest.

I won't be making any alts until I realise Smugglers suck, or I'm max level and get bored.

I'd probably stick to a non RP faction. I might join up with my SWG pals again, I know we're all planning on migrating to the same server. Maybe I'll kick them to be on the SWRP server.
