Background

The Empire Liberation Front was born when the Sith took over the Empire during the Purge. The terrorists were a minor nuisance and were not the number one concern to the Sith. However, the Empire Liberation Front joined arms with the Imperial Knights six years after the Purge, and their threat status increased. They were off of the radar for four years until they amassed their forces to help the Imperial Knights ambush Darth Judicar at Lehon. However, the Empire set their own trap and destroyed many of the enemies at Lehon, Knight-Commander Iona Peller among them and an ELF echelon among them. The remnants of that failed ambush fled to Muunilinst where Ubiqtorate discovered that Muunilinst was the headquarters of ELF. Darth Exodeus, Judicar's successor, destroyed the entire planet, making Muunilinst an example of what rebels and terrorists, along with those giving sanctuary to them.

The ELF scattered after these two incidents, and only recently have they begun to resurface. Nine leaders have survived, and hope to destabilize the Sith. The remaining nine, codenamed the Kuji-in, consist of Gorme, Bane, Ruadh, Adhar, Grain, Tuath, Eighe, Riom, and an unidentified Kuji-in (Sionn); Kuji-in captured/killed count as bounty hits. The Empire Liberation Front is a threat, and need to be wiped from the face of the galaxy.

Overview

"Operation Elf-Arrow" is an arc that will involve nine mission-like storylines. All Sith, Imperials, and allies can partake in these missions, and some even require certain allies (or enemies). This arc is not limited to a few, so do not feel like once a few people have joined that there's nothing for you to do. There will be things for all sorts of players to do. This arc dually serves as a team-building exercise, as many of the missions require more than one participant, so working with multiple and different people is suggested, though not a prerequisite or enforced. Once all 'missions' are complete, a 'final story' will be unlocked (which will be revealed when unlocked).

Please do not see these as simply missions for this campaign, but as threads that can be used to help the Empire and your very own character development. If you have suggestions, or would like a story or two tailored to match your character better, please let Weiss or one of the other Empire echelon know, and we'll try to accommodate you. You may take more than one mission, though is recommended that you only do a max of two per PC to allow others to participate in this campaign. Certain missions require participants from other factions to participate (from Chiss to Mandalorians to IK to Indies); such prerequisites are detailed in the mission details.

Campaign
Note: These do not need to be taken in order.

1. The Elf's Storm
Participation Cap: 2-5
The ELF has taken pulled out the big guns for this. A large force, believed to be remnants from the fatal trap at Lehon, have amassed on Mygeeto. In a quick strike, they managed to take over Jygat. So far ELF has managed to keep Imperial reinforcements from reaching the planet. The few reports that managed to go through before the communications blackout made it appear that the city has been massacred, so the Imperial military has decided to execute a planetary bombardment of the Jygat area. However, many citizens and military personnel still live, albeit in hiding. To avoid genocide from friendly fire, a message will need to be sent out. However, ELF won't go down easily. Gorme is personally overseeing the operation.
Objective: Locate the scattered military personnel from the local garrison that went underground after their defeat. Then, mobilize them in a strike against the capital building where communications are being jammed and Gorme is hiding. The former is priority and must be accomplished to complete the campaign, but the latter is a secondary objective that is optional. The survivors have eight hours before the bombing.
2. The Elf's Nihilism
Participation Cap: 2-3
ELF is looking to about anyone in hopes of allies. One group they are attempting to bring to their side is the Church of Nothing, attempting to use religion to topple the Sith regime. However, Darth Nichts is secretly "Ishmael" in the Church of Nothing and has learned of this attempt by ELF. He has agreed to a meeting, in order to lay a trap, especially since the lead negotiator is Bane.

Objective: Lead Bane and ELF into a false sense of security by beginning with a facade of an actual negotiations between ELF and the Church of Nothing. Once ready, ambush the ELF forces. Capture or kill Bane.
3. The Elf's Vermin
Participation Cap: 2-4
Ruadh was once a prestigious scientist who worked under the Elyurian R&D Director, Electra Kadmon. Now he's a fugitive that co. leads ELF. His status as a former researcher has allowed him knowledge about the locations of a secret laboratory on a space station called Lacrima, which was partially destroyed months ago. However, when he returned, he did not realize that the item of interest he sought, Nightwing, had been exposed to the air. Prisoners and fauna aboard the research space station have been infected, with the explosion freeing many of them. His group was attacked, and now Ruadh and three others are stranded on Lacrima.
Objective: Learn from Geist Weiss that Ruadh is at Lacrima. Infiltrate the space station in search of Ruadh and the other survivors. Fight past zombies to obtain Ruadh and fight your way to either your own ship or Ruadh's ship.
4. The Elf's Sign
Participation Cap: 2 (1 Imperial/Sith and 1 Chiss)
The identity of one of the Kuji-in has yet to be discovered. However, there has been a break in the investigation. CAIN and Ubiqtorate have heard chatter of this unidentified Kuji-in having an interest in Chiss Governor-General Rhis'ion'nuruodo of Yashuvhu, possibly to kidnap him. This could just be the break needed to locate and identify the last unknown Kuji-in. Though things are never that easy.
Objective: Meet with Governor-General Hess'ion'nuruodo to fill him in on this unseen enemy. Work with him to investigate those close to him. A likely candidate will come in the form of Velb'arre'luy, a CAIN operative who was assigned to be a liaison between the governor-general and the director of CAIN, Arch'elie'lia. Velb'arre'luy will attempt to flee, only to have it be revealed he is not the Kuji-in. Investigate to learn that Velb'arre'luy has been framed by Rhis'ion'nuruodo, who is the real Kuji-in.
Note: This campaign requires an Imperial or Sith to work with a Chiss; Arch'elie'lia from CAIN may be able to help out, but will not be the Chiss participant. The Chiss participant cannot be a Sith/Imperial taking on a Chiss internship.
5. The Elf's Void
Participation Cap: 1 (2, if requested); 2 NPCs/PCs needed
Recently, Ubiqtorate has assassinated a consigliere that works for Adhar's lieutenant, whom controls Adhar's smuggling operation. The lieutenant is currently looking for a replacement. One of the referrals he was given was a person named "Sky". Sky has been silenced by Ubiqtorate. If accepted as the replacement, the Pseudo-Sky could get close to Adhar through Adhar's lieutenant, Barrel.
Objective: Take up the identity of a smuggler known as "Sky". Infiltrate the recruitment process, in which Barrel will decide through a hunt in Kashyyyk, in which Barrel will sick the candidates against each other; recruits lose candidacy if they forfeit or die, so other recruits could be allied with, as long as "Sky" or one of the allies makes the post. Once the position is obtained, Barrel will bring the winner (and, if applicable, allies) before Adhar. Capture or kill Barrel and Adhar.
Note: Though not required, it is recommended to have an Indie be one of the rivals. This Indie may work together with "Sky" or be an enemy.
6. The Elf's Sun
Participation Cap: 1-2 Sith/Imperials; 2-4 Mandalorians
Before becoming known as "Grain", one of the Kuji-in was known as Bas Neral, the Mandalorian clan leader of Clan Ka'ra. During the Second Mandalorian Civil War, Bas Neral, know referred to as Grain, returned to his clan to rally against Danielle Marren in order to defeat the Sith sympathetic Corden Vencu and Apollo Ordo. However, when Mandalore Danielle Marren disappeared, the Loyalists lost momentum and Corden Vencu became the new Mandalore. Clan Ka'ra refused to obey Corden and fled. They formed a Death Watch, attacking Nar Shaddaa. As Corden's Mandalorians stopped the Death Watch cell on Nar Shaddaa, a Mandalorian secretly a member of the Sith named Verde Tracyn discovered evidence that the Death Watch cell received their rations from a farm on Vorpa'ya. Verde has informed the Sith Imperium. As Death Watch is the Mandalorians' enemy, they have been notified as well, especially since the hideout is on former Mandalorian territory.
Objective: Infiltrate the Vorpa'ya compound and shut it down. Use stealth when necessary. Eliminate the twenty Death Watch members present. Eventually learn that Grain is at the compound; capture or eliminate Grain.
Note: This mission requires Mandalorian participants who will work alongside the Sith/Imperials. Neither side has 'jurisdiction' or command over the group, per se, so the participants may decide which side will 'lead' the operation.
7. The Elf's Thorn
Participation Cap: 2 Sith; optional IK participation pending Shiuzu's approval
Tuath was an Imperial Knight before the Purge, just like Riom. He has grown bitter in his hatred towards the Sith. Seeking revenge, he has infiltrate Ziost and has planted a bomb in the academy. The countdown has begun. Tuath himself has fled to a northern ice cap in order to watch the spectacle as the academy explodes.
Objective: Track down Tuath and his IK and ELF allies (1 ELF and 1-2 IK, depending on Shiuzu's decision). Tuath may be either captured or killed. Either someone must simultaneously lead an investigation for the bomb and deactivate or attempt to learn of the bomb's location from Tuath, lest the bomb destroy a wing of the academy. Stopping the bomb isn't necessary for completion, though is recommended.
Note: Tuath and the Imperial Knights must be RPed by writers who control IK; whether they use their PCs or use NPCs is their decision. Shiuzu has the final decision in regards to the Imperial Knights' movement/participation.
8. The Elf's Triad
Participation Cap: 2-3 Sith/Imperials; must have equal amount of Force users and non-Force users on both sides, or at least not more Force users and/or participants on the Sith/Imperial side (i.e. If only a Jedi shows up, only one Sith may participate). Eighe may be either Force sensitive or non-Force sensitive, depending on what participants want in order to balance the sites.
ELF tried fighting the Sith Imperium by itself and failed. It then tried allying with the Imperial Knights, and even though Darth Judicar lost the throne, the Sith still reigned. Thus, ELF has decided to seek an alliance with the Galactic Alliance and the Jedi. ELF joining the enemy would not be favorable for the Sith Imperium, and as such the Dark Council has ordered this negotiation be crushed. Ubiqtorate had learned that the ELF representative, Eighe, will be secretly meeting with a representative from the Galactic Alliance on Umbra at the Senator's mansion, which has been cleared due to construction; Ubiqtorate has not been able to confirm if the representative is from the Jedi or a soldier. Regardless, Eighe must be stopped. The Galactic Alliance representative is not the main target.
Objective: Infiltrate the Umbra senatorial mansion ruins and locate Eighe and the Galactic Alliance representative(s). Eighe must be captured or eliminated. The representative(s) from the Galactic Alliance are not a main priority, so their escape is acceptable, though may be fought; killing/capturing the representatives are not an objective, though may be attempted.
Note: Participants on the Sith/Imperial side may not outnumber the ELF/Jedi side (whomever NPCs Eighe counts as one of these people); this is in regards to amount of writers. Apollo Ratler has the final decision on whether Jedi and/or soldier(s) will participate and whether there will be one or two representatives; participation cap for Sith/Imperial is 2 if GA only has one representative while it becomes 3 if Ga sends two representatives. There must be an equal amount of Force users and non-Force users on both sides (there does not have to be both types of people present), along with an equal amount of writers on both sides. Eighe is a wild card, able to be a Force user or non-Force user depending on whether the counterpart on the Sith/Imperial side is Force sensitive or non-Force sensitive. While a GA PC would be preferred over an NPC representative, Apollo Ratler reserves the right to demand only NPCs sent as representatives.
9. The Elf's Jewel
Participation Cap: 2-3 Sith; same rules as #8 The Elf's Triad, though Shiuzu holds rights over IK side rather than Apollo Ratler.
Riom was an Imperial Knight before the Purge, known as The Emperor's Jewel, the captain of the emperor's Imperial Guard. With Emperor Luthor Elyurius dead, he became a liaison between ELF and the Imperial Knights. With Iona Peller and Bellatrix La Rouge dead though, Riom has lost communications with the Imperial Knights, but has just recently made contact with an Imperial Knights cell. He is attempting to meet with them. This is an excellent opportunity to not only remove Riom as a threat, but also target some Imperial Knights.
Objective: Locate ELF-IK meeting. Capture or eliminate Riom. Capture or elimination of the 1-2 Imperial Knights present are not the main priority, though may be attempted.
Note: The same rules as "#8 The Elf's Triad" applies here, where Shiuzu (rather than Apollo Ratler in this situation) may decide whether there will be one or two IK, along with whether IK PCs may participate or only NPCs may be used. There cannot be more Sith than there are IK (Riom included).

4. The Elf's Sign and 6. The Elf's Sun are both full. The former may begin immediately; the latter needs to await a vote by the Mandalorian participants in that thread on whether they want a Sith helper or not.

6. The Elf's Sun is full. 1. The Elf's Storm does have room, but both 8. The Elf's Triad and 9. The Elf's Jewel are both empty (on our side), so would you be interested in signing up for both 8 and 9? You're still free to join 1 if you want.

You can throw in Drenn for 9 as well (unless someone else wants to join and it could fill without him)

Elf's Sign here.

Please note that you guys may make the threads yourselves once you have the amount of people needed.

I'll sign up to mission five, the "Elf's Void." My character name is Vilox Pazela, and he is a Sith Acolyte that I recently inducted into the Sith Order. Nobody seemingly wanted to participate in my previous two threads, so character development has been slow.

I think it would be best if only one person did Elf's Void. Mind signing up for Elf's Nihilism or Elf's Jewel? We need people for them; Nihilism already has someone so they could start immediately if you join.

Mission two, Elf's Nihilism sounds more like my sort of roleplay, friend. Sign me up for that and we can definitely begin. Eager to jump into the thick of things :D

Would prefer if you started the thread. It gives me and The Shiznet a foundation on what to roleplay in the scenario. :P

Ask Shiznit first. I wouldn't want to intrude only to find out he wants to start the thread. If he's fine with it, I'll create the thread.
