Since I haven't posted here in forever, here's a terrible red-eye-tastic photo. This was taken in the late afternoon, almost immediately after my security stint ended. [I was part of a team doing volunteer security work for a zombie walk event. It was hosted by a cancer awareness society, so all benefits went to charity. 'Twas awesome, lots of nice people.]

I was so tired afterwards that I didn't even doff my uniform or gear before driving home. [That's stupid, kids, don't do it.] I may have posted this before, but I 'unno. It's a couple months old. Anywho, here's my face after 48 hours of security work. Pulled morning, afternoon, and graveyard the first day, and morning and afternoon the second day. Ran on like 3 hours sleep. It was insane, and left me looking like a mess.

Considering how much you worked and then taken a picture you looks surprisingly fine. The ID card looks like it has a picture of Captain America on it though.

Hahahah. okay maybe not the very first day. But it was within the first met of us meeting, debating religion until 3 in the morning, and then us deciding that we would give dating a try. I look back and think back on how much we've gone through together.
