Admiral Hinshaw

"Your success will cost you."
Renegade. Scholar. Cut-throat. Words which to a privateer mean very little, but to the breast of the criminal underworld, they come as honorable titles with a far-reaching pedigree. A rebel in his own right, Admiral Narthan Hinshaw has lived in the backdrop of the political turmoil of the age without much care for the banner he serves under, but rather the value of the banner he serves under. Imperials or Rebels, Hutts or Hapians, Jedi or Sith- they all are simply numbers to be observed from beyond the veneer of an accounting spreadsheet.

"If it's worth anything, I've read about it."
Despite his passion for credits, Klaxxi hive crystals, or other materials of wealth, the admiral has come to appreciate more than living vicariously through his accounts. The admiral fancies himself and his vessel an intrepid collective of treasure hunters; sometimes working for a client who has their eyes set on a prize of immense value, or for himself during those slow periods between contracts. While most pirates keep their eyes fixed on peddling Death Sticks, Admiral Hinshaw has kept his eyes on the history holocrons, knowing fully well that he would eventually come upon a cache worth more than his entire crew's weight in credits. This passion has made the admiral a bit of a historian with a penchant for keeping the most elusive information to himself and his most trusted officers.

"The Jedi were right about one thing- ghosts can be useful."
Perhaps Admiral Hinshaw's most valuable treasure to date is his recent acquisition. buried within the depths of Wild Space and amidst the scrap heaps near the Velabri System, Hinshaw happened upon a relic that he thought could not have survived to the present day. Having been adrift for millenia, the abandoned Pius Dea Cathedral Ship "Glory of Kamgeddon" was a trophy which the admiral saw as a prize worth dying for. What credits he had been saving for an early retirement were all spent and drained restoring this near-twelve thousand year old relic which he believed to be worth more than any vessel of the modern day.

Now alight in his prized warship after two years of restoration and retooling, Admiral Narthan Hinshaw is back on the markets in search of new adventures to carry him to the furthest star. Come perdition or cold vacuum, he expects every member of his crew to do his duty.
