1. ADIM is known to the EvE personnel and Scryers but his full capabilities are unknown. Basically he's only viewed as a security program and training program.
2. The factory is probably in a facility near the EvE base or in Obroa-skai or Britannia if it's approved.
3. Enemies in general but due to having the profiles of the Scryers at its disposal, ADIM can customize a Machina to hunt a specific Scryer if the situation arises.

ADIM is an advanced AI under the control of the EvE director. ADIM is pronounced Adam; the name was to make a reference between the biblical Adam and Eve. ADIM does a variety of tasks, whether it be observation of Scryers, infiltration, or scouring the HoloNet for clues to help EvE. I'm thinking of having it where ADIM has a private factory to produce Machinas but do to limited resources and trying to hide the factory, production is low. At the EvE base, probably a few dozen. Outside the base, about a dozen or two units. And the questions don't bother me. In a way, you can think of ADIM as Big Brother almost.

The Machinas serve as a physical body for ADIM, so that he can actually interact, instead of simply observing.

I had made an AI for EvE and was wondering what I should put for rank. The AI, ADIM, is supposedly for observation and evaluation purposes.

OK, silly things may happen when Azium and I are allowed to get bored. I can claim no liability therefor. :P

I'm quite eager to start the training, some of which may be squeezed in on the way to Coruscant (depending on how much Azium wants to timeskip the trip), or during the time that Dei must wait for the stem cells to grow.

It is not, I've lost my motivation as of now to make a Jedi unfortunatly. I will be continuing with Tyrion in the future, just not now.
