Kind of yes. They're more numerous than one might think but they're definitely small the Sith. Definitely larger than after the Jedi Purge.

Well we're currently in 1023-26 so yeah they had a main temple in the last 10-13 years. Anoth and Arbra was probably for a few years around 1020 but I'm not positive on the date or how long but that's my guesstimate

Now to answer your question as of 1013 ABY no, the Jedi briefly had a temple on Anoth and Arbra, but they were discovered by the Sith and forced to flee. The closest thing they have to a "home" is either Lamaredd and Naboo. There are a few other planets like Zonju V and Cerea, but most activity currently is on one of those two.

Nah, its basically just the hk-50 as it normally is, nothing extra or anything,just assists her in her jobs pretty much

No its fine. If you were doing something crazy with the HK than you'd probably need to talk to Jiang about its tech capabilities
