Hopefully, we can agree that my post makes sense as I did point out some inconsistencies. I do realize, that you didn't autohit so ignore that. The block instead caused the sword to glance off of it cutting his robe and envirosuit. No harm to Jubei though which is lucky seeing as the nature of a vibro sword can turn a mild cut into a gaping wound with ease.
