OZ (assembled in 6930 BBY by Best Quality Mechanicals, Inc.) was a protocol droid turned assassin. He was put together in a factory on Nar Shaddaa and purchased, only to find himself being auctioned on the black market a few months later. After a programming mishap, he turned on his owner and went rogue, becoming a criminal.
