Tbh, I wasn't even sure what is considered "good" or "OP-territory" so I just went with something higher than the template. But thanks for that :) I think 166 hours in that case would be fair?

Thanks for the sound advice everyone! Yeah, I removed the tractor beam and lightning projector. Probably better that way. I dialed back on deflection and starfighter piloting rather than removing them outright. I think the deflection is balanced this way now. He isn't going to be out-deflecting...
