Have you tried the workaround I suggested in that thread?

It makes the cut-off a little deeper in the page, but it's still there. I have to zoom out to practically the point that I can't read to get to anything below Tech Submissions. I've tried all the skins, in both desktop and mobile view, and they all have the same issue.

I remember that your workaround worked initially for me, but right after I came back from hiatus, it didnt' anymore.

Huh, that's weird. What mobile device are you using? I assume you've tried multiple web browsers?

Only the default Android browser. I deleted Chrome, but I guess I could install something to work around.
