Hey, first off, welcome to the Republic. Unfortunately I don't have the Skype info, I don't really use Skype. I read up on the conversation w/ Benvenu. I couldn't find anything in site rules or republic rules that says you can't RP until you're accepted. I know you can't RP within the faction until accepted but you can use your character outside of the faction for sure.
