You need to apply to the Jedi faction first and get approved by the Jedi leadership then you can play with the Jedi faction.

I understand that just seems odd to be able to RP anywhere but the Faction. This is new to me. The other places I rp play I had to be approved before I could RP. So I can just RP anywhere in the Storyline Just not Faction related threads?
