I was looking into to a backstory on Count Dooku's homeworld. I wanted to do something on that so looking to ask permission

Well from what I am seeing he is born on Serenno, and that is actually an important world in this timeline! We just recently had a main battle there! You can most certainly write a character from Serenno, or include Serenno in their backstory. Remember that you have to get permissions from any faction leaders whose factions you intend to include in your backstory though ;)
