Cover up the camera with tape until a solution can be found. Tape the microphones as well. I'm no crazy conspiracy theorist, but if someone is hacking her webcam, that'd be the quickest way to make sure nobody gets any footage.

Yeah I watched Snowden :) Already taped everything. Im looking for a long term solution in web now. But thanks for advice.

Make sure that Malwarebytes is scanning for rootkits as that could be the issue as well. If that isn't working then I would suggest reinstalling windows tbh. The more hardcore stuff to fix deep seated Malware is dangerous for inexperienced users to use.
