minnesota doesn't allow a lot of fireworks, neither does parts of illinois, but in wisconsin you can't be sure if it's fireworks or guns going off. in san diego tho they have firework shows go off regularly year round. i would be like "oh...i guess another festival is going on...cool."

My town allows zero fireworks. Poppers and spinners only.

and that was how i learned that i could make a flame thrower out of axe body spray.
