Not serious PvP, death disabled. Although if you want to (try to) capture Ji'Kel, that's a possibility. As for which Jedi, I see Emerald doing more of the sneaking around outside of a temple, but it's up to you.

And where does my character fit into this? (If he still does)

I'm assuming he'd help defend Ji'kel until he realizes my character is a Jedi.
