I'd suggest picking a different species, Chiss will still be in their isolationist state next TL and for one to wander out and become a Mando isn't really gonna fly IMO.

So that character does not qualify for a descendant character, there are a minimum number of posts required with a character to make a descendant and unfortunately you don't meet that.

Also, there are some issues with that character, and if the TL were not ending I'd ask you to make changes, such as getting rid of the Force Sensitivity. Chiss lost their Force Sensitivity upon reaching adolescence, so a 30 year old Force Sensitive Chiss is not possible.
