The main reason I plan on having my character use a saber staff is because Jedi temple guards usually use saber staffs so it makes sense story wise, but if it's really that difficult, I'll just make him use a single saber.

I just did some research and I know Juyo would work well because that's what maul used. I'm want to make a former Jedi temple guard that fought at the sith invasion of coruscant pre time skip. My only concern is Juyo seems a bit aggressive for a Jedi, but I know there are Jedi who use it.

I agree. I would definitely be interested in making a character that is in the death watch. I've had some ideas in the works for a mando but a death watch member would be even better. I could do even more character development wise if I had the chance to make my character a leader of a cell...
