It's fantastic that you found what makes you happy on this site. Don't be sorry.
You shouldn't have trouble finding the same happiness in the next timeline. There's only a few rules to adjust to if you're not going to join main scenario threads.
While I'm sure dealing with character death is a bit different for everyone, I think your reaction is very unique. I still bet that the average SWRPer only needs to experience death once to see that's it's not a huge deal.
It's odd to see anti-PvPers on this site, honestly. I did keep an eye on...
I wont be one of them.
I've lost a character I put almost all of my time into. I got REALLY attached to her (too attached) and it hurt to lose her. But it also gave me a chance to create a fresh character and focus on the other characters I'd be neglecting. It almost felt... refreshing...
Sometimes the madness is fun. Some of the best threads I've read were [OPEN]. Dark Heart comes to mind. It was probably the best kickstart to a timeline ever.
I agree that some aren't very fun. A creator of an [OPEN] thread should list clear rules to prevent it from falling into chaos.
Hell yeah!
You know. I have browsed this site on and off for awhile and noticed that it lost it's competitive feel. To be blunt it seemed boring. The real reason I decided to give it another try is the new timeline. Now I'm even more excited after reading this. I love PvP. I'm probably going...
Thanks.
I'll let you know, @Padmé. I honestly tried everything I could think of and nothing works though. Doesn't matter really, just wanted to make sure the people in charge knew. I know there was some sort of rules against multi accounts before.
I remember trying out this site twice. When I originally joined the training guidelines were lax. My first character was a bogan. Bac was FL. I did have to do training/mission threads but it was easy to rank up. Honestly my first character was shit and I was shit(I don't even remember it's name...
I'm not really new... I guess? I role-played here back in maybe 2009-2010? I don't remember. I don't remember my username or email either... or much of anything, really. I've been lurking around the site for the last week. Decided to give it another go.
