Ori stepped inside the room, the inner chamber of a Sith tomb. The chamber was completely dark and Ori couldn't see a thing, but something compelled him to walk forwards. He always had to walk forwards. After a few moments of walking, Ori came to the center of the chamber where there was a circular bowl perched on top of a short cylindrical stone column. Slumped up against the stone column was the body of Maxims Tionson. Upon seeing the body, Ori rushed over and collapsed to his knees near Maxims.

"I'm sorry Max, I should have been here." Ori reached out a hand to Max's, tears beginning to fall down onto his cheeks. At that moment, an alarm began to blare, as it always did. Before he could react, Ori found himself surrounded by droids who aimed their blasters at him. He closed his eyes, accepting the inevitable.

Jolting awake, Ori instinctively reached for the blaster he kept near before the realization hit him. Always the same dream, he thought. It had been a long time since the news of the death of his one-time Master and mentor, Maxims Tionson, reached him. Even longer still since Ori had left the Jedi Order. Some days it almost felt like a completely different person had done those things. After recovering from the nightmare, Ori headed for the cockpit of his ship and sat down in the pilot's seat.

He took a few moments to scroll through the ship's computer and was greeted by numerous notifications. AMS Outbreak daily updates, Galactic Senate: Assembly News, New Delivery Request. Ori brought up the delivery request and accepted it without paying attention, he didn't really care what the job was. Keeping busy was the important thing, staying awake. Firing up the ship's engines, Ori allowed himself a moment to stare out the window into space.

The universe was a mess, disease and death were everywhere these days. Could I have made a difference? Ori thought to himself. Perhaps as a fully trained Jedi, he could have saved someone, somewhere. Stopped some tragedy from happening, played a part in making the universe a better place. Shaking his head, Ori inputted data into his navigational system and grabbed the control wheel.

"Not your problem anymore Ori," he said. The past was the past.
