Only tid-bit; on your profile it says "Imperial Marshall Operative". He would be an ARES Operative. So yeah; added as an ARES Operative. :)

I wasn't aware that you couldn't be both a spec op trooper and an intelligence officer. I designed Falen to be a scout-sniper, trained in both intelligence work and combat. I got no problem with waiting for Cassa, just wanted to let you know.

Alrighty then. Having talked with Cassa a bit on the subject it's totally fine if Falen goes into ARES. If he does however he isn't going to be on the main rebel roster. It's ARES or them, not both. But there's nothing about being an ARES Operative that would preclude you from RPing with other members of the Rebellion or anything like that. You're still going to get to shoot things, you just probably won't be shooting them as often as the regular forces probably are and should restrain from doing so in more situations. As it says in the description for Operatives

While many Operatives have a military background the nature of their work demands that combat takes a backseat to the task at hand.

If you want to be more of a scout-sniper special forces dude with a dash of intel you should probably stick with the regular rebs and be on the look out for the missions that involve ARES to participate in. If you want you still want to join though I'll happily add you to the roster.

[ST]As an Operative I'd have to say no. The guy doesn't come across as being one, and they're not really meant to be a home for trained force-sensitives like this guy.

As a Marshall? I'd be happy to accept him. The Marshall's aren't exclusively an ex-IK club, that'd be way too limiting going forward, if your character is willing to take an oath of service/fealty to the True Empire it shouldn't be a problem. IC they haven't been formed of course, so any RPing you did would not be as one until then, but you could use the time to RP out different parts his joining the Rebellion in the first place, or write from the perspective that he's pretty much just a member of the regular militia right now.[/ST]
