adopt a newb

This idea came up while me and some of the guys where bantering over the discord server. Basically it's a volunteer buddy system in which older members take new members (who request it) under their wing and show them the ropes. Thread with them ecetera. Be a good way to build relations between members

I like the idea, but how many buddies can a member have? Also once the old member feels like he has trained the new member good enough, do they separate?
