“Maybe.” He replied back with a smirk, before joining his men. The scene at their arrival was less than ideal, the two delaying actions had done just as they were designed, delayed both his and Carellion’s group and allowed the rest of the Rebel’s ample time to prepare themselves for their assault.

Taking cover behind the corner of a building, he peaked around to take a lay of the land. The enemy force was larger than what either of them had faced earlier and their men were both tired and wounded from the earlier battles. “Well we have identified the rebels are here.” He said to the nearby Annfyn.

“It looks like a pretty hard nut to crack. Orders were to just identify the position and attack only if we deemed it an easy victory.” Taking another look round the corner and then turning back to look at Carellion he continued. “That doesn’t look easy to me. I say we call this in, get some armour up here and ruin these fuckers day. Thoughts?”

[Caerllion of Cyfnos]

With the place of the rebel base discovered, the Sith forces moved to find a safe place where they could watch it without being discovered. Caerllion moved with Wodan to behind the corner of a building. From there, the Acolyte had a good vision of what they were going to face.

Caerllion could see several rebels guarding the entrance, while seven were at the top of the buildings. All of them with other of these mobile turrets. The Acolyte wanted to groan, they already had much trouble destroying the last one. He had no idea if they were going to be capable of destroying so many of them.

“I agree. We already did our mission, now we should call in reinforcements.” Caerllion immediately agreed with Wodan’s suggestion. He looked again at the turrets. “Besides, I don’t think that our man would be capable of fighting that much firepower.”

The rest of the day was relatively quiet, Wodan sent the call back to headquarters to confirm the rebel presence. They were tasked with hunkering down and only engaging if the rebels tried to escape. A few warning shots were fired from both sides but nothing substantial arose.

Finally about an hour after the call, the slow rumble and crash of walkers began to fill the air as the full might of the Imperial War Machine appeared through the streets. The rebels began to panic, allowing both his and Carellion’s squads a few piecemeal kills from the fleeing Rebels. But soon hell was brought down upon the rebels as the heavy fire from the walkers obliterated their defences.

It was a quick mockup after that point with both of the Acolyte’s squads being dismissed before the days work was done. Allowing them to rest and tend to their wounds. The battle was won and the final fire of rebellion was snuffed out.
