Heat warped the air all around. The licks rushed underneath Malicia's ship as it touched down between two others. As the ships engines died, the ramp was lowered and Malicia stepped out. She noticed right away that planet had the same connection to the Dark Side as Moroband, it was just not as steeply bathed. The veil between the living and the dead felt so thin on Moroband, it gave the world a completely different layer and sense.

Most importantly, Korriban needed to be treated differently than Moroband. Korriban still had a population. That was why Malicia was pleased when she was contacted by Darth Raze. She suspected he'd be uniquely suited to helping here.

The two hadn't seen one another in quite some time. Malicia wasn't exactly the same person as before. She understood her hunger now, and she had meddled with a Sith spirit and it'd changed her forever.

Reflection made her mildly curious about Raze's fate. What had he been up to all this time? Though as she existed her ship and stopped in front of some of her men, she suddenly realized she still had her rose in her pocket. Preserved in a vial, she took it most places with her. That was not something she wanted him to know about and a somewhat uncomfortable feeling settled in her mind, but she pushed it away.

It was so hot that even she could feel a small amount of warmth against her sickly pale skin. Still, she had her Cadre armor on. Many of her cultists had opted to take off their robes, however, and work only in their armour. Her cultists were setting up a small pop up station to coordinate at.

His ship, which he hadn’t had the chance to fly in some time, landed a short distance away from where he knew Malicia would park. He had two methods of operating. One of them was the charming man that had his face splashed across many forms of media. That man rubbed elbows with diplomats, wined and dined executives and attended galas.

And then there was Darth Raze.

The title of Darth had been granted to him by the Eternal, and he had since focused his efforts elsewhere. There was no confusion as to his persona today - he was very much a Sith Lord.

The Kravos armor consisted only of a helmet and chestplate, allowing the rest of his body to be adorned in dark, comfortable clothing. Boots clanked against the exit ramp as he made his way down, the steely face of the helmet reflecting the sands that stretched out for miles before him.

He strode towards where he could spot movement. Raze closed the distance in little time, coming to stand across Malicia. He didn’t suppress his signature in the Force, a dark aura that pulsated against the natural energies of the planet. He exuded an icy chill that contrasted sharply against the heat. A steely, faceless gaze fixed on the smaller woman.

That gaze drifted over to regard the cultists that gathered there. He watched their movements for a moment as the mechanized voice spoke, “The site where activity was detected is not far from here,” He said before turning to look towards her again. He reached into the folds of his clothing and tossed something at her. It was an ancient Sith dagger, their only clue about some of the rumors around the situation on the planet.

Malicia's yellow eyes flicked to Raze as he approached. She'd forgotten that he had that armour, though she learned a bit about it in her research. She now knew it was Darth Kravos' armour, an ancient and truly powerful Sith. It seemed to suit the Darth.

She nodded at his report, catching the dagger he threw after. Holding it up, she wasn't exactly sure what to make of it but continued forward anyway. After a few minutes, she picked up something at the edge of her senses. She remained quiet at first, waiting until it grew strong enough to be certain what it was. "There's a large gathering of life nearby," the Darth said.

A hill was blocking pair of Sith's line of sight. Malicia continued forward, quickening her steps towards the life without truly realizing. As they crested the top of the hill, the Darth finally understood what she was sensing. She saw an.. army, or tribe? Either way, the group looked poised for battle and they were quite obviously being marched somewhere. The marching purebloods were in the distance. Not coming towards the pair of Sith but crossing in front of them.

And then, even further in the distance, another gathering of pureblood appeared over the horizon. "War?" Malicia asked, though it was more a thought spoken out loud.

The arid nature of Korriban struck Ignis as his boots touched the sandy earth beneath him. It was different from Moraband's brand of oppressive heat. The essence of the Dark side was also all around, though that also felt different from the aura of Korriban's sister planet. It mattered little and as before Ignis would steel his senses against the natural insidious nature of the Dark side of the planet and strode forward with confidence.

The marauder didn't bother to hide his presence on this outing as he assumed with two Darth's at the helm it would matter little regardless. By the time he'd landed the pair before him had already began to move away and they stopped at the crest of a hill before them. Ignis did cock his head to the side as he walked up the hill and felt vibrations in the sand beneath his feet. He'd join the Darth's on the crest of the hill and see the cause.

"Fascinating..." Igins would cup his chin with his fingers and take in the spectacle before him. "I didn't think this many of the Sith race still lived." His opinion had of course not been asked for, but if there were secrets of the ancient Sith to be gathered here, Ignis would prove to be valuable.

Raze walked with Malicia to the top of the hill, faceless surface of the helmet glancing down at the life forms ahead. He surveyed them quietly, feeling a silent elation at seeing Sith purebloods for the first time. He could tell this had little meaning for Malicia, who had been raised away from the traditional histories of the Sith. Raze could only marvel at them for a moment, the historian in him thrilled to make first contact. He tempered that side of him, his demeanor never shifting externally.

“Yes,” The mechanized voice responded after a moment, “If they are marching on one another like this, they are without a king,” He remarked quietly, “The ones you see are the Massassi - the warrior class,” Raze explained to Malicia, “The Sith have a caste system. The warrior class are the strongest, but they can be swayed in feats of strength. If we bring the various clans together and win them over, we won’t need a full invasion. We will simply need to defeat the clan leaders to gain their allegiance.”

Raze stared ahead until another marauder came to join them. The Sith Lord didn’t cast him a sideways glance or respond to the comment. There was a moment of pause before Raze addressed him, “Go scout the area for tribe locations and report to us. We need to know how many we’re dealing with,” He commanded icily.

He looked back at Malicia, “Let’s see where this group is going,” He said as he began to make his way down a side path to discreetly follow the group.

Malicia continued to look forward as Raze spoke, listening quietly. When he finished, she nodded, "Then lets find these clan leaders," she said rhetorically, watching the purebloods march further into the distance.

She didn't bother to turn to the marauder since Darth Raze already addressed him. The Darth continued forward instead, keeping pace by his side. "I'm glad you came," Malicia said after a few moments, looking over to Raze for a second before returning her gaze to the group they were following. "Your knowledge is invaluable," she added, obviously uncaring that the comment might not be considered traditional. She was simply stating a fact. She had said something similar to Renfry when she'd provided her guidance.

"I understand this planet has significance in Sith history," Malicia spoke as they got closer and closer towards what was waiting for them. "Do you have a fondness for it?" she asked, though as she did they finally got close enough to see a large encampment.

She watched the marching purebloods stop by the encampment... and then also watched one of the men sent to greet them clearly spot the two Sith. She could not hear what the one pureblood was saying, though she noticed him dramatically and aggressively gesture towards the two Sith, raising an eyebrow in response. This seemed to prompt another group of armed purebloods to move towards the pair.

Raze was quiet as they walked, his gaze trained on the purebloods. This was a piece of history before his eyes. He heard Malicia address him, his helmet tilting slightly to regard her. The visor gazed at her for a moment, analyzing her in silence. To have her say she was glad for his presence caught him slightly off guard, though his demeanor would never reveal it. The gaze lingered for a few more seconds before he considered her question. Only then did he turn to look ahead again.

“I have a fondness for knowledge and history,” He explained as he walked, “The Sith Purebloods have a history rooted deep into the origin of who we are today. Andraste once fought a Sith King to claim his title. She then sat upon a throne on this very planet to write the code that we still use today,” As he spoke, his passion for the subject came through despite the cold, mechanized sound of his voice through the helmet.

Raze could see they were spotted, a few armed Purebloods making their way over. The Sith Lord stopped walking, allowing them to approach the pair. They suspiciously eyed both Malicia and Raze. There was a moment of silence as they spoke with one another.

“Anas Uzsit’t buti nisak,” Raze cut into the argument smoothly in Ancient Sith. He had an accent, but the others would be able to understand him, “Mes aras nenx mazo hevilas,” His helmet tilted to nod towards the action behind them, “Tu zinot nie valzino?”

The question caused them to stiffen and exchange dark looks. It was clearly an uncomfortable subject for them.

Malicia smiled when Raze replied. He betrayed his passion through his wording, even though she could not hear past the cold, mechanized voice.

She listened to the pureblood and then Raze speak in ancient Sith. Him knowing the language was far from surprising, though her thoughts were cut off for the moment when one of the Sith replied again, "anas tuti sosûtatus, ri tars shiyi ra wa. Mis didoti Tarati Wa Sayytho ."

The translator in her ear was able to make sense of what both Both purebloods and Raze spoke about. A mad king? Her interest was peaked, though she choose to remain quiet for the time being since she didn't speak the language. It was, at least, likely the purebloods had some idea of what they were talking to. Malicia could sense their connection to the Force and Dark Side and they could do the same.

Mad king? Raze had no idea Malicia had a translator. He tilted his head slightly to explain what they said.

“It appears they have a King that would see them war one another,” He turned back to look at the purebloods. The men were armed with staves and blades, armored in local attire. They were Massassi, but they looked malnourished and weaker than legend had suggested. It was clear that this was not the stronger clan.

“What is this battle?”

“The lesser clans have been rebelling against the Mad King loyalists. He has been cutting us off from supplies and weapons so we die out one by one and-”

“Why are you telling these outsiders everything?”
The larger Massassi growled, shoving the skinnier one that spoke. The man turned to look at Raze, “You are a pretender, wearing armor that does not belong to you,” The legend of Kravos would have been passed down here as the husband of the first outsider Sith Empress. Raze said nothing in response, not even looking at the larger man.

“Their king is starving out the weaker clans and pitting his loyalists against them to wipe them out,” Raze translated quickly for Malicia, glancing at her, “It could prove beneficial for us to rally these lesser clans and lead them to a victory against a loyalist one. That may draw the attention of this Mad King.”

“And who is this little dainty little whore that does not speak our tongue?” The larger man growled as he stepped towards Malicia. The man was abruptly caught where he stood, the Force coiling around him and holding him in place. When Raze spoke next, he uttered words he would never, ever speak in the presence of a lady he knew could understand him.

“Look her way again and I will use your own Sith blade to carve out little pieces of you while you watch. Then I will cut off your head and kriff your skull. And then after I finish, I will plant said skull atop the head of your Mad King,” The words were uttered in chilling monotone, the Force crushing around the larger man the entire time. The pureblood slowly took a step back, quickly lowering his gaze. He knew he was a hair's breadth away from having his bones snapped.

Raze kept his gaze trained forward, translating for Malicia, “The large man wanted to know your name. Forgive him for his lack of manners, they will be better now”

He looked to the skinny Pureblood again, the man’s eyes wide from seeing the exchange and the display of power, “Now then. If you take us to your camp, we may be able to assist you with this dilemma.”

Malicia decided not to interrupt Raze while he was translating. She only spoke when he offered a suggestion, "I agree, that'd certainly draw some attention," she replied.

But her body tensed when the pureblood called her a little dainty whore. She was getting tired of being called little followed by some condescending word. She'd recently allowed a hutt to nickname her little girl....Little. Girl. When the pureblood stepped forward, Malicia was going to react accordingly, but Raze beat her to it.

Her eyes drifted over to the Sith Lord, lingering there as he... protected her? She wasn't sure why. He was an asset to her, but he worked alone. She couldn't be certain he saw their arrangement in the same way, so why protect her? When he looked back she immediately looked away. It wasn't obvious that she'd been staring at him... right?

"I see..." Malicia coughed. For the briefest of seconds she considered keeping her translator secret, but there were a lot of factors that made her very quickly decide not to. "I..." she tapped her ear, pretending to fiddle with her translator. "I guess I should turn my translator on now."

The pair of Sith were lead back to the camp. While the purebloods did not seem to be very healthy, there was a lot of them still, which probably made their situation more dire. They obviously needed a lot of food. They were walked into the largest tent in the encampment, where the biggest pureblood so far stood in front of war table, one he promptly covered with a cloth.

Raze was too focused on the encampment to hyper analyze Malicia’s poor acting, though he was relieved to hear he wouldn’t have to keep translating. Being in the presence of Purebloods had almost all of his focus. Though these ones were rather pathetic, they were still descendants of history. They came from ancestors that gave birth to the idea of Sith.

He followed them towards their encampment, noting the sickly nature of most of them. He didn’t miss the attempt at hiding the war table. All of these soldiers were otherwise doomed. For a moment they were left alone, but soon their Sith escorts returned with a large pureblood man. He had many heavy, golden piercings and a large headdress. There was distrust clear on his face, but the skinny soldier from earlier had done some convincing.

“We don’t need the help of outsiders,” He said gruffly, glaring at Raze, and then at Malicia.

Raze didn’t respond immediately, staring at the chief for a moment. He then tilted his head to look outside of the tent, “How are you planning to engage their forces?”

“I don’t owe you any expl-”

“You plan on charging them head on,” Raze finished for him coolly. The chief glared, silently fuming for a moment, “You have a clear terrain advantage here where you can position your troops up along the mountain ridges and take them out on their approach. You can then flank them once they funnel into the valley.”

“That is not how we fight!” The chief growled, slamming a fist down on the war table, the cloth falling away. He stepped forth, standing close to Raze, “It is not the Massassi way to cower beh-”

“It is the Massassi way to survive and endure, Raze growled back, unflinching as the steel helmet was mere inches from the chief’s to where the yellow eyes reflected on metal, “Something that will not happen if your far weaker soldiers go in like pigs to the slaughter.”

While the argument happened, as he intended, the war table and all documents there were revealed. A lot of details about the current situation on the planet were revealed to Malicia.

Thankfully Raze bought her act, or was too distracted. Malicia watched him engage the clan leader fervently. She could sense a great amount of passion in the words he spoke and the way he acted. It was type of passion she could relate to, even though their passions weren't for the same thing.

Their argument stirred the cloth over the war table, and she soon approached it. She grabbed some papers and her datapad, allowing it to scan and translate. It wasn't anything interesting, besides the lack of food and a poor projection of their future. She pushed aside a large pile of papers with a grunt, grabbing what was at the bottom of the stack.

What she started to read made her raise an eyebrow, but the clan leader was only distracted for so long. "What are you doing?! " the pureblood shouted.

"So your king is bribing you to help kill off your clan," Malicia said plainly, the translator device working to clearly communicate what she was saying. Surely these charges were worth something. If not an excuse to challenge then a way to blackmail?

Malicia’s words ended the argument instantly. Both Raze and the chief whipped their heads around to look at her. The Sith Lord’s gaze drifted down to the pages that had been unearthed. From what he could see it was written in aurebesh, which meant that the mad king was an off-worlder. It certainly made sense since Andraste had been the first off-world Empress. It would stand to follow that over the years the power dynamic shifted back and forth between natives and foreigners.

The chief’s top captains clearly hadn’t been let in on the plan. They glanced from the king’s writing and then to their chief, betrayal clear on their face.

“You would doom your entire clan,”
Raze hissed in Basic this time at the chief.

“Massassi survive,” He growled right back in Basic as well, shocking his brethren, “Survive mean join the winning side.”

Before Raze could say or do anything, the sound of a war horn erupted. The chief’s military generals were frozen in place, still reeling from the shock and betrayal. Raze glanced at Malicia, “Can you restrain the chief?”

He said nothing more, rushing out of the tent and bidding the generals to follow. He had to rapidly course correct the battle strategy to salvage the situation.

Meanwhile, the chief turned to look at Malicia, “We don’t need fight. Look, let them all die. King will happy to have your help. King look for wife. Like off worlder,” He gave a toothy grin at his brilliant suggestion.

Malicia was unsure if Raze actually cared about the clan being wiped out or not. The only reason she was unsure was because of his passion for history, but, whatever it was, he asked if she'd take care of the chief. She stared at the man with a distant look in her eyes, at first.

But her hunger whispered softly at the back of her mind. They didn't need him alive. So, when he finished trying to grovel, Malicia's hand raised and her eyes emptied completely into voids. It was, and always had been, the sign of her hunger taking hold. Writhing tendrils of darkness spewed out of her hand, grasping desperately for the life in front of them. The chief went to dodge and Malicia moved forward, reaching out her second hand to pour our more of her hungers grasping hands.

The chief went to grab a spear, but as he turned to do so he was ensnared in her tendrils. They dug into him, ripping his life and bringing it to Malicia. She closed her eyes as her hunger enjoyed the small moral, though the sounds of war outside caught her attention. Malicia existed the tent, her eyes flicking until they found the battle field.

She—or rather, her hunger— saw men charging, and so her feet brought her towards them. Unaware of whatever strategy that Raze planned, Malicia raised both her hands. Her darkness poured out of both at the same time, the writhing, desperate wisps barrelling towards a chunk of the first wave from the enemy clan.

Raze saw the approaching forces and he had to act quick. He turned to look at the general next to him, “Position the lanvarok troops along the ridge line in the left and right wings. Have them aim and fire as soon as the enemy is in range.”

He stepped back and called out for any commanders to hear, “Form a triple line phalanx! Light infantry up front, shields and spears next and veterans bringing up the rear. Fall back as the enemy charges, let them funnel into the valley to lanvarok range!” The generals began to panic, not used to anything beyond blind charging. However, there was a glint in their eye as they began to see a glimmer of hope. While weaker and potentially outnumbered, this was the first time there was some semblance of a strategy.

“Positions, NOW!” Raze called out as he stalked back and forth along the overlook that would see the battle play out, “Remember this! Massassi survive! Massassi thrive! You will have this day because no one can take it from you! You will have this day because no one can break you! You have held these lands from before the time of Empress Andraste and you shall hold them long after her name is forgotten!” The Massassi began to roar and thump their chest, all of them quickly positioning themselves into formation. The lanvarok Massassi quickly lined up along the ridges above, prepared to rain down from there as the enemy forces funneled in.

Raze drew his sabers, following Malicia as the enemies began their charge. The two Sith flanked the charging front lines of the defenders. Malicia’s attack met against surprised, hulking soldiers that thought they would easily break through the front. Raze was a whirlwind of movements, twin sabers a dazzling display of red as he cut through those in his way. He was a blur of motions, the sabers spinning around in circles as he moved as a deadly dervish to cut and slice through anyone in his way.

A concussive blast exploded out from him, sending multiple Massassi out of the way. He looked up towards the lanvarok archers, commanding them through the Force.

“FIRE!”

Force guided discs were released in concert, whizzing directly above the heads of the defenders at the front to mow through the second line of attackers.

All of Raze's shouts rallied the men, a thundering cheer bringing an atmosphere of renewed vigour. Malicia's mind barely processed his speech and commands, the only thing that mattered to her in the moment was her hunger. The all-consuming euphoria as her tendrils leeched life and feasted on it, receding only when both Sith Lords nearly wiped the first wave off the field.

Though normally her hunger itself receded immediately, it fought against Malicia's control to settle it's gaze on Raze. His tall form conspicuous above all the corpses, red rapacious blades shining off the pale, empty faces of the dead. A spectacle that she sensed caused a wave of fear through the oncoming men.

Her head tipped and with it her body moved almost unnaturally, as if to get a better look. What it thought of the Lord would not even be understood by Malicia herself, not now. Even its distaste for Renfry took some time for her to come to understand.

But that was it.

Malicia began moving forward again, bringing and igniting her saber to her hand. She lowered her blade. With a low, oscillating hum it cut through the neck of a man she passed, snuffing out the last moments of his life. Her void-like eyes flicked up higher, to a hill in the distance.

Mounted on a towering beast, a long-haired pureblood loomed, staring down towards the direction of the two Sith. Still unnaturally large, but a swath of smaller beasts paced forward, stopping just shy of the peak. Drool glistened on their lips, one stood at the front with its mouth open. She could sense a familiar hunger in them, and in the man in the centre, a deep interest, mixed in with fear and pride.

"NOW!" he shouted atop his beast, and then charged forward directly towards the two Darths.

Raze had factored in a lot of things into his calculations - the appearance of those beasts had not been in them. He should have expected as much from a King that came offworld. These beasts had clearly been engineered and not native to the planet, and there was no telling what strength they possessed. The first few beasts dropped down towards the field, easily scaling down the hills.

The Sith Lord snapped to look towards Malicia, giving nothing but a silent indication that he needed her support in catching that initial wave. Meanwhile, he dashed to the side, calling upon the Force as he gazed towards that hill. The front wave tore through the first line, the beasts ripping apart any soldiers in their way. The mounted soldiers on top launched spears and cut through the ranks with blades.

“FALL BACK! FALL BACK!” Raze shouted at the top of his lungs, the soldiers shuffling back to join the second line of infantry. The second line was comprised of more veteran soldiers, and they would rise to meet the weakened enemy ranks and the beasts.

Meanwhile, Emryc unleashed his attack with the Force, directing it to ripple up the hill and towards the ridge with the rest of the beastmasters. The very ground shook and cracked, rumbling as the top of the hill collapsed. This caused an immediate landslide that sent boulders and massive sediment deposits rolling down. It not only sent many of the beasts tumbling down, but it flattened entire chunks of the enemy forces that still hadn’t funneled in yet.

Raze fell back with the rest of the front line, calling out towards the lanvaroks through the Force, “SECOND WAVE! LOOSE!”

The discs went flying yet again, shredding through the waves of soldiers. Not all the beasts were dead just yet. They could sense a greater darkness and they felt it coming from Malicia. Two of them bounded towards the Sith Lord, stalking around her. One of them sprang forward to attack, opening its jaws wide. However, a saber came hurtling through the air, expertly spinning of its own accord and jamming up into the open mouth. Fleshy bits were torn up into ribbons before the saber projected up through the head. The saber was guided casually out the top of the head and then through the neck of another soldier near her before it sailed back around and into Raze’s hand. This left her just one beast to contend with.

He didn’t even pause to regard his handy work, arcing that same saber to slice into the chest of an enemy in one fluid motion as soon as it returned to his grasp

Malicia caught Raze's look and understood, moving her gaze back to the oncoming men. It was a battle. She should feel the intensity of it, but her demeanour remained almost disconnected from the atmosphere. For a moment the Darth considered multiple ways to deal with them. She considered it, yet the look of both slaughtered and life-drained men and beats across the field would certainly leave an impression on the population of this planet.

It was with that thought that her hand rose again, and so did her thirst. Her tendrils covered the field in front of them, grabbing hold of both men in the way and the beasts feet as they ran. The beasts were able to keep moving, though their monstrous screams added to the chaos once their bodies were almost covered. Many made it further, closer to her, but fell to her tendrils in the end.

Because her concentration was away from a few beasts that made it past both her and Raze, she only reacted as it began to jump towards her. She felt a look of surprise and anger surface on her face, until the blazing red of a lightsaber cut through the beasts gaping maw. Malicia didn't have much time to think at that moment, turning to catch the second beast with a burst of lightning at its face. The bolts struck its eyes, causing it to scream out and prompting Malicia to send another burst into it's mouth.

She looked back at Raze again after, barely picking up on the fact that horns were bellowing in the distance. The attacking clan began pulling back.

She still wasn't sure why he kept protecting her, exactly. The man was still a mystery to her. She allowed her feet to bring her to the man's side as she stared at him. "When we first met, I teased you about that mask." she said. It didn't... exactly express her thoughts on the man, and how curious his actions made him to her, but it was still true, at least. "I still desire to see what's beneath it." Perhaps odd considering they were in the middle of a battle field, but they were both odd. They were Sith. She simply wanted him to know that.

But, she moved on quickly, returning her gaze to the fleeing clan. "So do you suggest allowing them to run, or chase them down?" she asked.

Raze was a blur of movements, expertly maneuvering twin sabers through anyone that crossed his path. They had fallen back into the second line, and this one met the incoming clan with swift aggression. The Massassi tribe the Sith Lords backed were inspired by seeing victory close to hand, and they fought harder than they ever had before. It didn’t matter that they were malnourished, it didn’t matter that they numbered lower. They shouted and chanted in unison, fighting as a coordinated unit with the Sith Lords at the helm.

Raze had just decapitated a man when Malicia came near him. He paused for a moment to consider her words before he responded as he turned to face her, “I fear then you will never wish for me to put the mask on again,” He said simply as he jammed a saber into the face of a man behind her, his blade mere inches to the side of her face, the heat of it dangerously close to her delicate skin. Raze could hear the horns in the background, and he switched off his saber, bringing the hilt back to his hip.

The Massassi clan chanted and pounded their chests, the drums of victory resounded back at the camp. He stared towards where the King’s men hastily began to retreat, the first time since the King had taken the throne likely. Raze watched for a moment, switching off his other saber, “We let them run. They will carry the message back to their king. We will have his attention now.”

He turned to regard Malicia again. He looked more menacing than ever, the metal helmet steely, the visor fixing her with its unblinking gaze. Blood and viscera had splattered his chest and shoulder plates. There was bloodlust and fury all around them, the sense of death and rage creating a dark cesspool of energy.

He spoke, catching her off guard and he'd see it in her eyes. And then heat kissed her face and she heard his lightsaber occlude someones head behind her. Again, he protected her, and it was.... it was starting to drive her crazy. Both actions forced her attention on him and she wondered if that was the point.

But she was able to somewhat regain her cold expression after, despite his mystery, his actions and the way he stood. He was a darkly cloaked figure amidst the carnage and twisted landscape, marked by it, and it made her question herself. Why was it attractive? Her mind was slipping somewhere she forbade it.

"Then I suppose we should make this camp our camp for the night, at least. I'll have my men move in and send for supplies to feed the purebloods," she said despite her thoughts being mostly elsewhere, turning and walking towards the camp with or without the Lord.

Though after a few steps, she stopped and turned back to him, "I do have self-control, you know," she said, raising her chin up somewhat with a curious look in her eyes. "Although you tempt me to have my men look into you, would that upset you?" Malicia asked, genuinely unsure if Raze would react violently to the question. He was Sith, it was a very real possibility, but he had prompted a reaction from her and this was it. He made her curious.
