Arcturus Alkaios is a force-sensitive human male that is the Sith Governor of New Alderaan during the Force Eternal era. Born on Serenno, Artuctus was born to born to a noble family that were secretly part of the Sith Eternal cult that managed to survivie into the new century. His family had one mission, to carry pass on the ways of the Sith in hopes of their reemergence and they new that day would come. Artuctus was trained with a lightsaber, the force, the ways of the Dark Side of the Force, and his mind was sharpened by the best education that money can buy.

Later Arcturus enrolled into a military academy and served and eventually rose to become an officer while keeping his true nature and force powers hidden. It would become readily apparent he would have a knack for politics and military strategy as well. When the Sith Empire was born with Serenno part of the empire, Arcturus would be serving the new order as an officer, although a Sith, his true talents rest in leadership.

With New Alderaan under the control of the Sith Empire, Arcturus would be assigned to his most important post yet: Governor of New Alderaan. His task is to clear the planet of all problems so that the planet can be fully exploited in service for the empire.
