Intent:
Spoke briefly to a few people about the idea, but possibly it becoming an asset to Rebel forces, so they can spread anti-sith propaganda?

I don't think something like this really needs a tech profile. As an organization, the independent factions board would be more appropriate. However, since you think it could be a tool of the rebellion, it could always be included in their write-up post skip, which would make it just another part of the faction. I'd talk to Cassanova about that. If you want it to remain independent of the rebellion, copy and paste it to a new thread and post it in the independent faction forum. Given the non-profit, non-military nature of the organization, I doubt Lavi will impose all the normal factional regulations on it.

If that's alright? I believe the ship would've been approved on it's own merits had it not been tied to something else.
