Personality
Baldr is a charismatic young man who loves to have fun. He likes to tease anyone around him and finds it interesting to learn why one person's priorities or beliefs differ so much from another's.
His priority is his mother. Specifically to excel at the mission she's given him - to become a great sith warrior. Truthfully, he wouldn't care much about the sith religion if not for her fervent belief in it. Not so say that he doesn't believe, more that his loyalty to her surpasses even the religious ideals she has passed on to him.
Skills
F'rey began her son's training as soon as he started to walk. He has been practicing and honing his body and skills as long as he can remember - to him this is just daily life. He is strong and smart, young and healthy.

Strength: Baldr is a strong young man who has been training his physical body as long as he can remember.
Constitution: Baldr is also healthy and has a lot of stamina. He's young and has never been prone to sickness.
Dexterity: While Baldr has been training his body since he was very young, dexterity didn't come as natural to him as strength. Since he came to train with the Sith he has perfected the use of twin sabers and now prefers this style of fighting.
Intelligence: Baldr has the capability to be extremely smart. He catches on to new concepts quickly and can match wits with the best of them. That said, he is barely more than a boy and has moments when his emotions overrun his intelligence.
Wisdom: Having but recently reached adulthood, Baldr of course assumes that he knows it all while in reality he has much to learn.
Charisma: Baldr's charisma is likely to get him into trouble one of these days. It has always come naturally to him and he never had to work at it. He simply understands people, just by talking with them for a little while, and how to make them like him. It's not even a conscious strategy, rather something he does automatically.
Background
The story of Baldr begins with a powerful enchantress by the name of F'rey. She was his mother and he spent much time with her in the early years of his life. They lived in a beautiful, sprawling complex tucked away in the forests of Naboo. The place had to be large, for F'rey had many children and many servants to care for the place and her family. Baldr was fun loving and charismatic, so he got on well with all of his siblings, but he most enjoyed the time he got to spend alone with his mother.
They spent hours together each day - discussing history and philosophy, sparring, gathering wildflowers and herbs, or working on Force techniques. Sharing her with his many half-brothers and -sisters never bothered Baldr much, for she always seemed to make him feel as if all her heart was secretly his alone.
Bladr never knew his father, but that never bothered him either since his mother gave him everything he needed. You see, F'rey believed that it was her duty to help breed the next generation of powerful Sith. None of her children shared the same sire, nor did any of the men know that they had sired children.
When Baldr turned twelve, his mother gave him an important mission. It was to travel to the Sith Eternal and join their ranks. To complete his training with the best of the best and become a powerful Sith warrior. What could he do but please his mother? Of course he traveled to join the Sith and threw himself with fervor into his studies and training. Without the distractions of siblings and outings with his mother, he excelled at both.
