Belching Frog Ranch

Belching Frog Ranch consists of a pair of prefab cottages located on a roughly four square kilometers of land. Said land is covered in forests for about thirty percent and the rest is plain with a river running down the western border. The Rodian gunslinger Preef Callo bought the land as a refuge from criminal rivals and law enforcement. The location of the ranch or indeed its very existence is a secret shared only with Preef's most trusted friends.
Although only a mere two cottages, Preef used the credits from the casino heist on Canto Bight to buy two bantha's and arranged for their transport to Andui. In the meantime he built a fence around the plain grassy area of his land and a bantha pen adjoining the cottage. Since bantha's were peaceful herbivores and pretty low maintenance to boot, having them didn't restrict the rodian's time offworld. Over time he smuggled in four more bantha's, making it a total of six bantha to graze on over two square kilometers of grass.
The cottages itself are twenty square meters and look like a durasteel box dropped on the grass near the edge of the forest. In fact, Preef did airlift them and moved it with his freighter himself. It almost wrecked his ship's engines due to the sheer weight of it, but then he did get to decide exactly where he planted his new home. The interior is almost spartan. One features a small basic kitchenette that lets him heat up ration packs and filter water from the river, while the "living area" sports HoloNet-access and a modest communication's array that allows for incoming and outgoing calls limited to the Tashtor Sector. The second one is connected to the river by way of a makeshift waterpipe and is one half bathroom and one half storage. The latter one also contains a safe containing datacards with synthetic spice recipes and dataplagues that the Zaa Fenn Crime Family has collected over the years.
Intent
This is a personal lore article meant to describe Preef Callo's private residence. It'll be a used for introspective roleplays, Holonet-reactions and hiding place for when he gets the inevitable bounty placed on him. This thread will be updated once Preef invests more (plot-)earned credits into his ranch.
