Yavin 4 was a beautiful world that was for sure. Though something about its ancient secrets still haunted the old Knight Yvain. As such he spent much of his time outdoors, tending to his gardens and keeping a watchful eye over any of the younglings when they were out of lessons. Youth brought a smile to his face, when you were nearly three centuries old the sights and squeals of children always brightened your day. The old Jedi sat on one of the crumbling walls around the Temple that the Jedi Order called there home. A group of young children were playing in the distance, though they had gotten to close to the forest twice already and he had called after them.
Morning chores were done, the plants had been watered, trimmed were need be and the weeds removed. The evidence of this was on his dirt stained tunic. He should perhaps have made the effort to change, the Council had asked him to see to some of the training of a young Jedi Padawan and perhaps a good first impression would help the coming lessons flow easier. But Yvain did not like to lie to his students so why should he not show his true colours, even if they are just green and brown.
The Padawan was a Wookiee by the name of Wurfuhlla, Yvain assumed the Padawan had been sent to him as he understood the Wookiee language of Shyriiwook, a particularly difficult language to learn without good time and patience. Looking up at the sun, he should be here any time now if he was early, if not Yvain had a good outlook on the world to let the time move quickly.
