Missions & Targets

Missions and targets work exactly as they do in other factions. Look at the description; if your character fits the description and requirements, and you feel you can handle the task, sign up for the mission here. Most [but not all] Targets can be done over and over again, but any claimed mission will be highlighted in blue. Any mission that has been [ST]struck through[/ST] has been completed.

For missions that attack a specific faction, you MUST receive cooperation from a respective member of that faction.

Targets

Target: Duro Shipyards
Type: Piracy
Description: The Republic maintains a lesser known shipyard over the plant of Duro where it is constructing several capital-class ships. One of these, a Galactica-class capital ship dubbed the Infamous, is nearing completion. Take one of our corvettes and a small squadron of starfighters and hijack the Infamous, taking it back to our outpost over Hypori. Expect medium to high resistance, the other capital ships may not be complete, but their turbolasers are likely operational.

Duro also has a small Republic task force protecting it. It might be a good idea to send fighters in system first to knock out their sensor relays, then send in the rest of your forces and take the ship. Once back in our hands, we can study and build capital ships of our own.
Requirements: 2x Pilots, 1x Captain (starfighter pilots will be allowed a squad of 2 fighters each for this mission)

Target: Hutt Imperial Royalty
Type: Assasination
Description: The Hutts don't particularly like anyone taking advantage of their citizens, except for themselves, and so Emperor Tusa himself has ordered investigations into our activities in Hutt space. Target one of the Imperial Court higher ups, such as a Marquis or a Duke and kill them to send Tusa the message that the Black Sun will not tolerate him prying his sluggish fingers into our affairs, and that all future acts of intimidation will be met with similar results.
Requirements: Mercenaries or bounty hunters

Target: Any Republic Senator
Type: Kidnapping & Ransom
Description: The Republic Senate has gotten a little too noisy lately about our operations in their space. Target and kidnap one of their prominent Senators and hold him or her for a large ransom. This should send the already cowardly delegates the message that we don't fear any political body, no matter the size.
Requirements: Mercenaries or bounty hunters

Missions

Establishing Black Sun

Description: Our expansion is never ending. The galaxy is a big place, and there are billions of habitable planets that fill its corners. Establishing a working arm of our organization on a world takes a lot of work, credits, and back door dealings with politicians. Look for worlds rich in resources to be exploited, worlds who species can be enslaved with ease, or worlds with a sizable black market and try to establish Black Sun as the dominate criminal force on that world. The work takes patience, cunning, and trickery, but it is a sure way to become well liked by the higher-ups in the organization, and could very easily lead to a big promotion.

Requirements: Any member of the organization

I'm working both an attempt on a Republic Senator for a Ransom and also for an assassination attempt on a Hutt Marquis or Duke.

Please let me know if you're interested in participating in either or both.
