Manaan
It was decided by Tiamat that it was time to start following her own rules. Things were not working how she wanted, she was following too much and though the were promises of great things to come, she decided she was just as capable without relying on those, especially higher ranking sith for her successes. She had made a risky gamble and had it backfire terribly, her theory proven wrong not by just poor calculation, but other factors she still remained unaware of their happening. The interference made a bigger mess than usual, but regardless of what has happened, things seemed stagnant, not just in the Sith, but the galaxy also. The stillness offered opportunity though and if she were following her own rules, they often said to listen to her instinct and swing when the moment felt right.
It was well overdue for a visit with an acquaintance she had not seen for quite some time: Newton Arden. She had meant to visit following Denon, but there were clearly unexpected barriers that came up and things just seemed to remain just as rocky. She had tracked him down to his office on Manaan and made herself an appointment under the pseudonym Anat. She also made effort to change her appearance slightly due to some friction between her and the Republic lately. Regardless, Tiamat was surprised how well she looked as a blonde; her flaxen locks hung in loose curls around her face and occasionally brushed behind her shoulders to keep from falling into her line-of-sight. She wore an emerald sleeveless blouse that tied in a bow knot around the neck, a cream pencil skirt and of course she went with heels. She had to practice walking in them a couple days in advance, but she was sure it would be worth it. Then just for added effect to the ensemble, glasses.
Quietly she waited, bag set next to her as she felt odd being back in society that seemed so foreign to her now.
