Just FYI, based on the response to Cailst's Nal Hutta raid thread, I don't think we ever told Kaeb that he couldn't attack Coruscant. I strongly strongly strongly stressed and asked that he not, because Coruscant attacks are typically timeline enders, so I asked him to do other stuff instead. That wasn't a "no," it was a "please no."

Okay, at the moment, it's just a small raid and I suppose we'll hold off on big attacks on core planets of either side until one side gains a serious advantage?

I'm against this. If we can't attack critical planets then there's no point- if capitals are fair game then other planets should be.

Since Nal Hutta is ruled a legitimate target, that's less of an issue at this point than the no notification.

I don't mind raids of this size against Nal Hutta or Coruscant (like how Cailst compared his to the Doolittle Raid), but - like I said to Kaeb - I would strongly strongly strongly urge that you don't have any big attacks on each other's capitals.
