"All beings begin their lives with hopes and among these aspirations is the desire that there will be a straight path to those goals. It is seldom so, perhaps never. sometimes the turns are of one's own volition as one's thoughts and goals change over time but more often the turns are mandated by outside forces."

Cyrene Nilar

Cyrene was a Zygerrian Female born on Zygerria, Cyrene was the only daughter to a slave hunter. she followed in her father's footsteps by becoming a slave hunter alongside him, despite her mother being against the idea, her father trained her to hunt sentiments, as well as making him into a firm leader should the time come.
_
Biography
Born and raised Zygerria, Cyrene grew up a custom to the idea of slavery being normal, as it was on Zygerria. her family was generally not wealthy enough to keep slaves though they were not poor by any measure. hunting a returning of an escaped slave was a profitable business and had been for generations for their family and as an only child, it was her duty to continue the family business.

Much of her late childhood and teenage years were spent learning under her father, hunting and tracking their quarries in the many terrains of Zygerria and surrounding worlds, occasionally they were hired by customers of their people slave trade.

As she grew older her father retired once she was trained. she kept doing slave-hunting for while to keep her father proud before turning into a bounty hunter, which she quickly grew tired of, she didn't like living hand to mouth, so she joined the rangers and has been with them ever since.

Personality and traits
Cyrene is an apathetic ranger in most regards, she doesn't care too much about the Republic, FWA or the law for that matter, she enforces it because it's her job and won't lift a finger to enforce when she's off the clock. What she likes is the thrill of the hunt, to track a criminal across star systems, line them up in her scope and pulling the trigger, that was pure bliss to her and being a ranger meant she could do that with a monthly paycheck with expenses paid for.

Skills and abilities
Bounty and Slaver hunter past: Cyrene specialises in live capture of targets but she has no qualms with lethal force when needed or approved but she defaults to live capture from her training. she also capable of investigating and track criminals across the star systems and planets

Trained sniper: she was taught to hunt prey from a distance and predict it's movements as to set ambushes for the target

Zygerrian strength:

Equipment
Cyrene was armed with a M3 Stun Pistol with a spare power pack. She also carried a ZOK-10 on her with two spare power packs for it and two pairs of smoke and frag grenades. She wore her custom set of Armour with a comlink on his wrist and also carried around a standard datapad for personal and business affairs.

Trivia and notes
  • she has a scar along the left side of her face, it was given to her by a slave that had managed to ambush her with a shiv, the slave barely survived the encounter.

If this is generitech, you can omit this section, but please be sure to ling to whatever design it is based on.

ADVANCED TECH
Yes. Yuhyeka-class Cruiser is not trivial to buy, steal or otherwise acquire, and it would take a plot to do so.

Cyrene's armour

Assembled from a line of spacer suits and equipment it is meant to look unremarkable and not out of place for any spacer of the galaxy

LEGALITY

perfectly legal.

Type and Coverage

Type: Medium

Coverage: (Coverage regions for Light armor is 1-3 regions, Medium is 4-5, Heavy is 6-7)
  • Torso: Plasteel breastplate that covers chest to the waistline
  • Back: Plasteel plates the cover the back until the waistline
  • Upper Arms: Plasteel pauldrons cover shoulders
  • Lower Arms: Plasteel vambraces cover the forearm
  • Lower Legs: Plasteel greaves covering shoe to the knee cap

Functions

Function 1: Filter
  • Filters are bulky attachments to a helmet, or function as part of a mask, that filter out environmental contaminants such as smoke or most toxins. They are susceptible to caustic substances and damage.
Function 2: Repulsor
  • Originally designed to counter combat with force sensitives, this tool is able to project a strong repulsor field replicating a Force push. It projects up 10 meters and its limited power cell only allows for 3 uses before it needed changing. The repulsor has significant recoil and the wielder must carefully brace themselves before use- both to ensure accuracy and to prevent the user from being knocked over themselves or having their arm torn from its socket.
Function 3: Armorweave Accessory
  • Most often in the form of a heavy cape, skirt, or underlay beneath the armour, armour weave provides some protection against the penetrating effects of shrapnel from explosives and other unpowered high-velocity impacts, with only a small amount of bleed-through damage (bruising or very minor wounds). It offers no protection against kinetic impact or energy, vibroweapons, or similar "powered" weapons. Having more than one accessory (example: Cape + underweave) provides no additional effect.
Function 4: Whipcord thrower
  • The whipcord launcher was a personal weapon that fired a thin fibercord whip which then wrapped around and ensnared the target to restrict mobility up to 10 meters away while remaining attached to the mount point. It was detachable with a second use of the firing button. The whipcord launcher was favoured by bounty hunters, as it was easy to carry and use and it virtually always ensured a live capture, though it could be cut by a vibro blade with ease.
Function 5: Grapple Line
  • Grapple lines are capable of supporting the weight of 1-2 people and can launch up to ranges typically up to 15 meters away. Once no longer in use, they are detached from the launcher and left behind. While hand-held grapple guns are capable of auto-winching, armour or wrist-mounted devices lack this ability. Grapple lines must be manually activated and controlled by a button or switch.

The Great Temple of Yavin 4
Sith temple on Yavin 4
|
The Great Temple is a temple complex on Yavin 4, founded and created by the original Sith and their Massassi slaves. the temple was created many centuries ago by a Sith lord fleeing from Korriban with his followers after being pushed out by other Sith Lords. The temple was a rumor to the sith until documentation was rediscovered referring to the sith lord and planetary system named Yavin. The Temple it's completely self sufficient due to the isolated nature of the previous inhabitants with it's own farms, water supply and sewers but the technology of temple is primitive lacking many basics of modern structure such as landing pads and other amenities.

The Great Temple was a lofty circular stepped-pyramid structure consisting of a number of successively receding stories and a high-ceilinged chamber at the top. It was built from huge blocks of stone hewed from Yavin 4's crust, with no visible signs of advanced machinery. It was founded 4 centuries ago by a sith lord and his followers fleeing Korriban after being pushed out by other sith lords, he would see the temple finished only to betrayed by his apprentice, taking his throne for himself as the high priest of the temple, ever since the high priest/priestess has taken an apprentice which would eventually replace them or die trying.

The temple consists of 8 floors, not including the throne room, the top 4 are used for accommodation and storage for its sith inhabitants and trainees, the other levels are dedicated to different to the teachings. Outside, the temple grounds consist of farms, housing and smaller building and temple outcroppings used mostly by the local Massassi for their daily lives and to provide the complex with food and other necessities need to live on the planet.
  • eTT2ssM.jpg

The library is the locally stored knowledge of the planet, it contains the history of the great temple and all it’s high priests and priestess. It also contains knowledge of dark side, such sith alchemy, though the library is small and most of its books only contain basic knowledge as most advanced techniques are passed down from masters to appreciates or it is hidden away by those greedy for knowledge and power.

A master always presides over the library recording the history of the temple and making sure the knowledge that is taken returns to its proper place. This role is often given as punishment to masters that have failed the high priest/priestess or given to a newly made master, though newly made master may have the position for a few years while failed master could preside over it until their death.
  • PwjkFLn.jpg

The labs in the great temple took up the entirety of the 4th floor, filled with a couple dozen labs which varied in size but often were small except those with higher positions. They were given to the masters of the temple to conduct experiments and to teach their apprentices the arts of Sith alchemy. These labs take a whole floor and each lab is highly individual to the master that presides other it and the research they are conducting though there is standard equipment that all use in sith alchemy, they secondly acted as studies and offices for the masters as they spent the majority of their time there.
  • fldwBKS.jpg

The prison was located in the Temple, It was mostly used for storage and keeping of wildlife to be trained or experimented on, though sometimes it was home to more intelligent creatures such as unlucky apprentices who had failed their masters and even rarer the home to one of the priests/priestess enemies.

The prison cells inhabited the outer walls behind the thick stone of temple, in the centre lay the integration rooms there are 4 of them each taking a quarter of a circle that lay in the centre of the of the level. These rooms contain numerous tools and devices to help with the extraction of information from most unwilling subjects, in emergencies they serve as impromptu operating rooms for those of surgery.
  • VMVJfmn.jpg

The Great Temple's throne room, also known as the Grand Audience Chamber and the Ceremonial Hall, was a ceremonial hall located within the Great Temple. Measuring approximately thirteen by sixteen meters, the throne room was accessed through a large wooden doorway carved with symbols that curved and twirled in a beautiful pattern. The Chamber itself was a huge echoing room, the acoustics of the Chamber made it good for singing. The long sloped floor of which was paved with rectangular slabs. The slanted outer walls came together above the floor to form the room's squared-off ceiling. Most of the flagstones were a dull grey, while shimmering stone lozenges ornamented the chamber with bright ochre, vermilion or dark green.

The high roof was equipped with skylights open to the sun and aligned with solstice and equinox. At the far end of an open aisle, there was a raised dais reached by a flight of stairs made of fourteen steps. The back wall boasts five large window-slits that ensure an abundant supply of fresh air and natural light. Behind the dais, a small hidden stairway leads to an observation platform at the roof of the Temple.
  • qFtxMk4.jpg

The Shrine was a tomb It was located 2 miles northeast of the Great Temple., it was built to both bury and honour the original founding sith lord, it’s design was reminiscent of the tombs found the valley of the Dark Lords. The temple was situated on a volcanic island in the middle of a deep lake and it could only be reached on foot by stepping stones. These were set a few centimetres beneath the surface of the water, which forced all who crossed them to approach the temple with their heads bowed, so they could watch their feet.

The temple itself was made from polished black-coloured obsidian that was studded with corusca gems. It was etched with Sith hieroglyphics and pictographs, that translated as magic incantations to protect the temple and call doom to its defilers. At its apex was a large statue of the Sith Lord and outside, there was a small courtyard.

Inside, the temple had just one chamber and catacombs beneath it. These consisted of a number of chambers, interlinked by tunnels. The last chamber contained the sarcophagus of the Sith Lord, where his body and possessions were placed after his death. The temple also had a water cistern inside of it.
  • To provide a write-up and accounting for the temple the sith empire gains in this plot.

Gearing Up
Mission Pack

x

Eventually we are going to have to take the fight to the empire if we want to keep our heritage and culture and we can't fight them with sticks and rocks.

we need equipment.

And equipment cost money.

Naturally money in large quantities is hard to come by but I have two words that fix that, security payroll. You see the empire doesn't have enough manpower to 'enforce the peace' on every outer rim world, so they hire out to the private firms who will not work for credit. They get paid in cash money, which, once a month rests in a vault in Anchorhead, Tatooine.

The great thing is that it won't lead back to the empire since no private firm would ever report the theft of their own payroll, they would appear weak and might lose their contract and those are hard to come by in the empire.

I've already got a black market weapons dealer in mind, so we just go in, grab the money, take a small trip Corellia and buy the equipment we need. That simple.

- Tanx Solus

Boots On The Ground (Open PvP)

Before we can invade we need to secure land zone for our forces, as this world is largely jungle and suitable landing zones are hard to come by. You will be the first assault, your objective is to take the forest clearing outside the large temple complex, kill any and all opposition.

Food Glorious Food (Open PvP)

Now that we have a foothold on the planet, we need to secure the outer farmlands that supply the temple with food, not only will it help starve them but gives us a local source of food, don’t allow them to destroys the farms before we take them.

Participants: character name (USER) & character name (USER)

Happiness In Slavery (DM/Dice)

We have shown the locals the sith empires might with are first assaults and some of local sith and massassi are willing to go turncoat, meet with the turncoats and negotiate there surrender but be weary this might be a trap.

Participants: character name (USER) & character name (USER)

We're In This Together (DM)

The turncoats have informed us of a scared shine to the founder of this sith colony and temple, if we steal the relics there it will greatly reduce their moral, but they warned that the spirit of the sith still dwells and won’t take kindly to the intrusion.

Participants: character name (USER) & character name (USER) & character name (USER) & character name (USER)

Heresy (DM/Dice)

While a team infiltrates the temple you will lead the assault on temple tying up their forces while they assassinate head priest, except heavy resistance from the defenders if you can defeat them it will make it easier for the infiltration team.

Participants: character name (USER) & character name (USER)

Head Of The Snake (DM/Dice)

Some of the turncoats also informed us of a sewer system that goes through the entire temple complex will use to our advantage, while we lead a diversionary attack on the surface a team will infiltrate the temple through the sewers and kill the head priest and this will secure victory, without a leader the survivors will submit to our power.

DESCRIPTION
A vessel designed with aesthetics, production quality, and superior performance in mind, the Starblossom-class yacht was a limited production personal yacht built by Alderaan Royal Engineers, marketed towards royalty, wealthy Core Worlders, or simply well-to-do entrepreneurs with fine taste. Boasting luxury quarters for both the pilot/captain and two guests, a common lounge with holotable and wet bar, medical bay, the Starblossom-class was a top-of-the-line vessel for its type. Additionally, it was also equipped with a powerful hyperdrive, fast enough to nearly draw the attention of both the Bureau of Ships and Services and the Imperial Navy regarding its legality of sale. A few hundred are built and sold, with a waiting list of over a thousand additional eager buyers promised further sales.

COMPOSITION
durasteel, polycarbonate
WEAPON TYPE

MAX RANGE

DESCRIPTION
Describe your weapon in more detail here. What features does it have? Does it have a scope, a folding stock, or a grenade launcher? Is it modular or have self-repair features? Who was it designed for? What's your weapon's purpose? If it's a melee weapon, is it lightsaber resistant, and does it have any unusual properties? You can only use features you've written down and had approved, so include everything you intend to use. What makes this different from other, similar tech?

LEGALITY
Legal? Illegal? Restricted? Describe any nuances on the legality of your weapon to own and carry in different places around the galaxy. Pulse Wave and most Slugthrower weapons are banned in many places, just like disruptors would be in the future, whereas simple stun pistols would be legal on all but the most extremely pacifistic worlds. Portable missile launchers and such are likely illegal in much of the Core, but whipcord launchers and other non lethal devices would be considered humane and legal. Basically, what happens if you get caught by the authorities with this?

INTENT
Why? Why did you create this? No, seriously. Weapons are judged with greater scrutiny than other tech. Guns in Star Wars go "pew pew" and burn your opponent, that's pretty much all you need to know. If you're submitting a weapon for approval, it needs to be pretty exotic or special. This will influence any ruling made on your technology, so please explain at length what your intentions are.

RESTRICTIONS
If any, explain what the relevant restrictions are. This could be anything from being restricted to faction use (like capital ships), NPC/PvE use only for certain overpowered weapons, limited to use during approved plots, only available via event rewards, or whatever else seems appropriate. If none, omit this section.

  • Corruption doesn't happen in the space of a single second, minute, or hour, or day. Corruption is slow and twisting, like a thorned vine binding around one's heart. Silently constricting and inflicting poison with delicate care.

Kuat court system is complex. With the 10 owning most land on the planet except kuat city. Means that each House is a country of its own. With each House having their own security force to keep peace in their lands, as such, each House has its own court to deal with criminals and civil disputes on their land. Same goes for Kuat city which has its own independent courts which act as the court if crimes are committed across lands of Houses. As Kuat is the only accessible place for foreigners it has the power to give out temporary and permanent bans to foreigners. crimes such as espionage, treason and politically sensitive crimes are dealt with personally by the 10 with house kuat having the final say.

Kuat space is protected by Kuati Sector Forces, a defensive fleet that protects kuat and KDY. As such it’s comprised of ships designed for use in defence rather an attack. Though they do have few ships designed to escort Freights that carry materials that KDY needs. With the Galactic depression, the devastation of outer rim resource planets needed to feed the shipyards and the slowdown of the war, its fleet has shrunk but it is still one of the largest security fleets in the galaxy. As for ground defences, with each house having its own security and kuat city police forces it has a force large enough force to respectfully defend the planets surface from invasion but couldn’t hold a sustained ground defence against a professional army.

If your read this that means I'm likely dead or your someone curious enough to look throught this, for all intents and purposes I'm writing this from memory - some mine, but not all. The facts won't sync with the reality, but they'll be close, and there's no one to say otherwise, so this will be the history of a settlement we called Paladrone and the horrors that followed an all too brief peace.

  • I remember home, and stories of a paradise we'd all get to see some day - of a Planet, "shining even in the night." Paladrone didn't shine, but it was sanctuary, of a sort.

We'd settled in the heart of a range that stretched the horizon. sandy mountains that shot with purpose toward the sky. It was harsh but the peaks hid us from the world. We talked about moving on, sometimes, striking out for coruscant. But it was just a longing.

Drifters came and went. On occasion they would stay, but rarely.
We had no real government, but there was a rule of law. Basic tenets agreed upon by all and eventually overseen by Magistrate Loken.

And there you have it...no government until there was. I was young, so I barely understood. I remember Loken as a hardworking man who just became broken. Mostly I think he was sad. Sad and frightened. As his fingers tightened on Paladrone, people left. Those who stayed saw our days became grey. Loken's protection - from the Tuskens, from ourselves - became dictatorial.

Looking back, I think maybe Loken had just lost too much - of himself, his family. But everyone lost something. And some of us had nothing to begin with. My only memory of my parents is a haze, like a daydream, and a small light, like the spark of their souls. It's not anything I dwell on. They left me early, taken by pirates.

Paladrone raised me from there. The family I call my own - called my own - cared for me as if I was their natural-born son. And life was good. Being the only life I knew, my judgment is skewed, and it wasn't easy - pocked by loss as it was - but I would call it good.

    Until, of course, it wasn't.

Until two people entered my world. One a light. The other the darkest shadow I would ever know.

  • The man I would come to know as Aurren Rook, my third father and quite possibly my closest friend, came to Paladrone from the south.

I was just a boy, but I'll never forget his silhouette on the empty trail as he made his slow walk into town from his ship.

I'd never seen anything like him. Maybe none of us had. He'd said he was only passing through, and I believed him - still do, but life can get in the way of intent, and often does.

I can picture that day with near-perfect clarity. Of all the details though - every nuance, every moment - the memory that sticks in my mind is the blaster on Aurren's hip. A weapon that looked both pristine and lived in. Like a relic of every battle he'd ever fought, hung low at his waist - a trophy and a warning.

This man was dangerous, but there was a light about him - a pureness to his weight - that seemed to hint that his ire was something earned, not carelessly given.

I'd been the first to see him as he approached, but soon most of Paladrone had turned out to greet him. My father held me back as everyone stood in silence.

Aurren didn't make a sound behind his helmet. He looked just like the heroes in the stories, and to this day I'm not sure one way or the other if the silence between the town's people and the Mandalorian was born of fear or respect. I like to think the latter, but any truth I try to place on the moment would be of my own making.

As we waited for Magistrate Loken to arrive and make an official greeting, my patience got the best of me. I shook free of my father's heavy hand and made the short sprint across the court, stopping a few paces from where this new curiosity stood - a man unlike any other.

I stared up at him and he lowered his attention to me, his eyes hidden behind the thick tinted visor of his headgear. My sight quickly fell to his blaster. I was transfixed by it. I imagined all the places that the weapon had been. All of the wonders it had seen. The horrors it had endured. My imagination darted from one heroic act to the next.

I barely registered when he began to kneel, holding out the blaster as if an offering. But my eyes locked onto the piece, mesmerized.

I recall turning back to my father and seeing the looks on the faces of everyone I knew. There was worry there - my father slowly shaking his head as if pleading with me to ignore the gift.

I turned back to the man I would come to know as Aurren Rook, the finest Mandalorian this galaxy may ever know and one of the greatest Mandalorian to ever defend the innocent...

And I took the weapon in my hand. Carefully. Gently.

Not to use. But to observe. To imagine. To feel its weight and know its truth.

That was the first time I held "Last Word," but, unfortunately, not the last.
  • Loken's men found Aurren Rook in the courtyard where this had all began.

Nine guns trained on him. Nine cold hearts awaiting the order. Magistrate Loken, standing behind them, looked pleased with himself.

Aurren Rann stood in silence. His Droid peeked out over his shoulder.

Loken took in the crowd before stepping forward, as if to claim the ground - his ground. "You question me?" There was venom in his words. "This is not your home."

I remember Loken's gestures here. Making a show of it all.

    Everyone else was still. Quiet.

I tugged at my father's sleeve, but he just tightened his grip on my shoulder to the point of pain. His way of letting me know that this was not the time.

I'd watched Aurren's every move over the past months, mapping his effortless gestures and slight, earned mannerisms. I'd never seen anything like him. He was something I couldn't comprehend, and yet I felt I understood all I needed the moment I'd seen him. He was more than us. Not better. Not superior. Just more.

I wanted father to stop what was happening. Looking back now, I realize that he didn't want to stop it. No one did.

As Loken belittled Aurren Rann, taunted him, enumerated his crimes and sins, my eyes were stuck on Aurren's blaster, fixed to his hip. His steady hand resting calmly on his belt.

I remembered the blaster's weight. Effortless. And my concern faded. I understood.

"This is our town! My town!" Loken was shouting now. He was going to make a show of Aurren - teach the people of Paladrone a lesson in obedience.

Aurren spoke: clear, calm. "Not anymore."

Loken laughed dismissively. He had nine guns on his side. "Those gonna be your last words then, boy?"

The movement was a flash: quick as chain lightning. Aurren Rann spoke as he moved. "Yours. Not mine."

Loken hit the ground. A dark hole in his chest. Eyes staring into eternity.

Aurren stared down the nine guns trained on him. One by one, they lowered their aim. And the rest of my life began - where, in a few short years, so many others would be ended.

  • Then.

    Palamon was ash.

I was only a boy – my face caked in soot, snot and sorrow.

I’d assumed Aurren, my friend, our Guardian, the saviour of Paladrone, would always protect us – could always save us...

    But I was a fool.

Aurren, and the others, only a handful, but still our best hunters, our hardest hearts, had left three suns prior. Tracking Tusken raiders, after they had caused a stir.

The stranger – the other – arrived the following day.

She rarely spoke. Took a room. Took our hospitality.

I was intrigued by her, as I was with Aurren when he’d first arrived.

But the stranger was cold. Distant. Damaged, I thought.

But I wasn’t afraid. Not yet.

Only a child, I knew the monsters of our world to walk like men, but they were not. They were something alien. cold and savage.

The stranger was polite but solemn.

I took her for a sad, broken woman, and she was. Though, at the time, I didn’t understand how that could make one dangerous.

As with Aurren, father made an effort to keep me away from the stranger.

    It wouldn’t matter.

As the silhouette approached, fear held tight.

The dark figure towered over me. Looking into me – through me.

She smiled. My knees weak. All lost.

Then, she turned and walked away.

Leaving ruin and a heartbroken, terrified boy in her wake without a second glance.

I’ve been chasing that stranger’s shadow ever since.
  • It was the fourth night of the seventh moon.

    Nine rises since any sign.

The trail wasn't cold, but lukewarm would've been an exaggeration.

We'd seen dual ships hanging low as they cut through the valley.

Wasn't known pirate territory, but anymore that's a dangerous assumption.

There were six of us then.

Three less than two moons prior, but still, one more than when we'd first turned our backs to Palamon's ash.

We took a rotation for watch during the night.

Movement was kept to a minimum and communication was down to hand signals and simple gestures.

We could hold our own in a fight, but only the dead went looking for one—a hard truth that cut in direct opposition to our reasons for being so far from anything resembling civilization, much less our safety.

The Pirates had spooked Kressler and Nada, and, in truth, me as well. But, looking back, I think we were all just grasping for any good reason to turn back.

Not because we would—turn back—but because it seemed to be our only real hope, and I think we all knew it.

Forward. Where we were headed—into the unknown. And following the footsteps we were. It all just started to feel like a never-ending dead end after a while.

Aurren never wavered though. Not once.

At least not to any noticeable degree.

It was his drive, his conviction, that kept us going.

And—it's hard to think on—but if I'm honest, it was his death that rekindled my own fire. A fire that was all but exhausted on that cold night.

He seemed confident we were close.

But more than confident—sure. He seemed sure.

No one else felt it—our own confidence and any enthusiasm we'd had was set to wither soon as Brevin, Trenn and Mel were cut down.

The droid—Aurren's droid—never said a word to any of us. Just hung there. Always alert. Always judging. Not us, per se, but the moment. Any moment.

I never got the sense it thought of us as lesser. More that it was guarded, wary.

We knew it could speak. We'd overheard them a few times. Just brief words but no one ever pressed the subject.

From time to time I caught its gaze lingering on me, but always assumed the attention was a result of the bond Aurren and I had. He was a father to me. At the time I didn't know why he'd singled me out as someone to care for. Someone to protect. After all the loss, I welcomed it, but looking back—taking in the arm's length at which he kept the others—I guess I should've known, or at least suspected there was more to it.

We all woke that night, closer to the morning than the previous day.

A clash of weapons split through the wood. Then more.

Far off, but near enough to pump the blood.

A familiar shots. "Last Word." Aurrens's Blaster. His best friend.
Then another. A single noise, an unmistakable echo calling through the night. Hushed, cutting.

One cut, dark and infernal. Followed by silence.

We crouched low and quiet. Listening. Hoping.

Aurren was gone. Off on his own.

Maybe we were closer than we'd allowed ourselves to believe.

    Too close.

He'd gone to face death alone.

I couldn't admit it—not at the time—but he thought he was
    protecting us.

After such a long road—years on its heels, a trail littered with suffering and fire—maybe he just couldn't take the thought of any more dead "kids," as he called us.

The echoes faded and we all held still. No way to track the direction. No sense in rushing blind.

    What was done was done.

The cadence of the noises told a story none of us cared to hear.

"Last Word" it hadn't been. And somewhere in the world, close enough for us to bear absent witness but far enough to be a dream, Aurren Rann lay dead or dying. And there was nothing to be done.

    Hours passed. An eternity.

We held our spot, but as the sun rose the others began to fade back into the world. Without Aurren there was nothing holding us together. No driving force. Vengeance had grown stale as a motivator. Fear and a longing to see more suns rise drove a wedge between duty and desire.

    By midday I was alone. I couldn't leave. Wouldn't.

Either I would find Aurren and set him at ease, or the other would find me and that would be a fitting end.

    Death marching on.

But then, a motion. Quick and darting. My muscles tensed and my hand shot to the grip of my blaster.

Then confirmation of the horrible truth I had already accepted, as Aurrens's droid came to a halt a few paces in front of me.

I exhaled and slumped forward. Still standing, but broken.
The droid looked me over with a curious tilt to its axis, then shot a beam of light over my body. Scanning me as it had done the very first time we met.

I looked up. Staring into its singular glowing eye.

    And it spoke...

DESCRIPTION
The AB11 Gunship is an older model gunship, serving as a patrol gunship for militaries and security services. it has served well during current peacetime against pirates and smugglers

Over the past 40 years, a working ship has become a rare sight, sometimes seen among pirates and mercenaries, usually, these groups have modernised the ships with complete new systems to keep up with their modern counterparts. These ships are common in one place, scrap yards, usually just hollowed rusted out fuselage with all major components scraped, some individuals rebuild these ships from scrap instead of trying to find one in working condition as it’s just easier usually they don’t return it back to its military specification prefer to convert to a lightly armed freighter.

LEGALITY
Considered to be a piece of military equipment. Ownership of this vessel without proper papers and clearance will result in the seizure of the ship in most civilised space along with loss of license.

INTENT
I made this ship to give pcs an option for a ship that bridges the gap between starfighters and freighters, creating a balance between firepower and manoeuvrability of a starfighter and the storage and livability of a freighter.

ADVANCED TECH
YES, these ships are heavily armed and consider military tech even if it’s designed is considered out of date.

A young Twi'lek woman from Coruscant. She grew up on the lower levels amongst the gang riddle streets. As a teen, she began to document and blog the ongoing gang war happen in her area, reporting on the aftermath of fights and skirmishes. as she grew up and her following grew with her she began becoming more ambitious, started reporting on fights live as they were happening and even interviewing gang members.

After a few years, she got an offer from Courscant News Network to come onto the network as an independent reporter. It was a sweet deal but turned out too good to be true as she got lost in the company's bureaucratic shuffle, but in the end the pay was still better. Liana wound up on a stable route running kolto from Manaan to Coruscant as a bulk freighter ship tech.

Modified E.

DESCRIPTION

Standard Info

The UT-60D U-Wing utility starfighter is a highly versatile military transport craft originally developed by the Incom Corporation. One of the last Incom products to be developed before the company was nationalized by the Galactic Empire, the U-Wing was most prominently used by the Alliance to Restore the Republic during the Galactic Civil War, a large shipment having been "lost" by Incom shortly before the Imperial takeover which ended up in Rebel hands. As a result, U-Wing production was cut short, those few that made it off the production line being responsible for accomplishments that belied their small numbers.

The U-Wing roughly falls into the somewhat archaic "pinnace" category, being a small craft that can do a little of everything. Capable of transporting small numbers of passengers and cargo, it can also function as a ground-attack gunship, and even has enough firepower and manoeuvrability to mix it up in a dogfight, if called upon to do so. The ship nominally has a crew of 2, a pilot and optional copilot, as well as 2 optional door gunners and 8 other passengers. Cargo capacity is 10 standard tons. The protected by a light deflector screen, and is armed with 2 forward-firing medium laser cannons, plus 2 mounts for heavy infantry weapons to be fired out of the side cargo/troop doors, usually heavy repeating blasters. Though slower than most starfighters - topping out at 95 MGLT - the U-Wing is just as nimble, and is often used to deliver troops and cargo into tight spaces that would be impossible for a standard freighter or other larger, clumsier transport. The U-Wing is capable of crossing interstellar distances, being equipped with a class 1 hyperdrive, and can sustain its crew and passengers for up to 2 weeks in space.

Notably, the U-Wing uses Incom's trademark "strike foil" system. In-flight, the main wings can be swept back at an angle, improving shield coverage and thermal dissipation from the engines, or swept straight forward, reducing the ship's profile and improving aerodynamics while also making it a smaller target. The wings forward configuration is said to resemble the letter "U" in the High Galactic alphabet, giving the craft its name.

U-Wings, despite participating in some of the Galaxy's most important recent conflicts, are exceedingly rare in the present day. Only small numbers were manufactured to begin with, and attrition over time has severely reduced the number of functional examples to be found outside museums and private collections. Nevertheless, they are historically significant and highly versatile vessels, highly valued by those who use them.
Unique Details

Felix's using started out as a BT-45D U-wing the civilian version of the military UT-60D U-wing starfighter/support craft. Stripped of all its military applications as well as its hyperdrive, Felix rebuilt the ship using surplus parts to transform into a ramshackle UT-60D with his own modifications, he didn't include the door guns and had shortened swing wings but has added a backup hyperdrive that it is unpowered unless in use. thanks to building the ship himself from parts it has a few quirks, the hyperdrive has been too short out from time to time requiring repair.

Since the ship travels through space frequently, Felix keeps a spare flight suit and a fusion cutter onboard for emergencies.

LEGALITY
Restricted. UT-60D U-Wings are starfighters, and are subject to extra licensing requirements and increased scrutiny by authorities.

INTENT
To track Byron's personal U-wing.
