Christmas is my all time favorite holiday. I ALWAYS go insane decorating. My grandma use to go as crazy (she raised me), but now she is a little too old.

I'm talking tiny houses that light up everywhere, a tiny village in winderland with a tiny working train. Little chrismas displays of inside houses, with a tiny christmas trees, tiny anthropomorphic animals and gifts sitting on couches by a fireplace, or cooking in the kitchen, or sleeping in their beds. Christmas lights, chrismas soap, chrismas place settings, christmas towls, chrismas place mats, chrismas cups, a reef, an actual tree decorated to the nine. I LOVE wrapping gifts too. Like, I will spend a lot of money on wrapping paper, bows, boxes, ribbon, etc and spend half my chrismas wrapping them perfectly.

I LOVE CHRISTMAS!

Last year here it was crazy snowy for almost all december, but the year before that it only snowed on chrismas day. It's a bit unpredictable here but usually its at least cold, and I do like to bust out the chrismas sweaters/clothing. I forgot to mention the clothing. Hehehehe.... this is the first chrismas with my boyfriend... I don't think he's prepared.

Hey guys! Its not too early to start thinking about Christmas! Only 1,204 days left to get ready for December 25, 2023!

Generally our family has a traditional Swedish Christmas, what are some traditions you all plan to celebrate?

I'm really looking forward to Christmas 2023 in California.

We're going to have a social distanced holiday party. We're going to roast marshmallows around an open wildfire, wear an N95 mask so we can breathe and not get infected, and say the Pledge of Allegiance so we're not shot by Department of Homeland Security stormtroopers.

Just as Jesus intended.

Forget 2023! Y’all better yell Jumanji on New Year’s Eve as we do not want to take any chances!

Last year I didn't and I spent the next 26 years in a hellish jungle. Learn from my mistakes.

My beloved Abigail,

It has been a fortnight since I last wrote you. The fighting is becoming tense. Bloodier. Remains of the toilet paper wars still scatter the battlefield of our new front, in the 20 year-long war against Christmas. I miss your gentle touch. It brings me solace to hope that the war may soon be over, and that Santa will be defeated forever.

Combat has become more intense and direct. Social distancing has all but collapsed. Marshmallows have given way to snow gently falling over the kindling that was once California. Our N95 masks can barely contain the smoke and chemicals.

We still broadcast the Pledge of Allegiance. Not with any true conviction, but in the hopes that the stormtroopers of the former guy are thrown off our trail and aren't able to find us.

I grow wary of war. I grow tired of Earth, these people. Nevertheless, I persisted. So I can return home to you, my love.

I pray for the day I'll be able to see you soon. In the meantime, we can FaceTime.

All my love,
Brandon
