— Summary.
Cipher Three was born on the planet of -redacted-. Engaged in petty crime from a young age, Cipher Three soon found success in the realms of cyber attacks, thievery and violence. Arrested at age 17, Cipher Three was given the option to go to prison or join the IAF in an attempt to better himself in a uniform and disciplined environment.

Cipher Three chose the IFL. After an initially tenuous start he eventually found great success in his endeavors working for the IAF. After successful missions on -redacted-, -redacted- and -redacted-, he was recruited into the Cipher program to allow freer rein to apply his skills to better serve the ISB in its operations across the galaxy.

Cipher Three's skillset is one you'd expect from someone with nearly a decade of military and specialized covert training. He is more than proficient in melee combat, focusing mostly on echani martial arts that subdue or eliminate unarmored targets quickly.

A capable marksmen, C3 mostly utilizes blaster pistols and sometimes rifles. C3 is also very capable in the realm of slicing and cybersecurity, mostly on ways to get into things he's not supposed to but his abilities in cyber defense are worth mentioning.

A well-rounded combatant, C3 is used to working alone and therefore has a wide variety of skills that he can apply to most situations.
