I was his first time in a very long while training a padawan, but Agreoran kept himself together. His student, Desmond, seemed to have a lot of promise according to Lane. He hoped this was the case. He planned on assessing his skill level for his first day, and then training him on where the Luminado needed him to be. If all went right, he would be a powerful asset to their numbers.

Agreoran sat in the middle of his training room and closed his eyes, allowing himself to meditate as he waited. He began to levitate as the force flowed around him, empowering him, enlightening him. He could feel its power enrich his bidy with energy beyond comparison, strengthening his bond with the force. It was a powerful tool to meditate, and even greater to do it in battle. Battle meditation was risky, though. He didn't do it often.

He allowed his mind to open up and absorb knowledge in order to teach, as he did with previous students. To be the count of Svivren and a general was sressful, but this to him was like a deathstick to a smoker. The difference was that it was healthier. He would enjoy teaching this to his new student.

As Agreoran meditates and takes in knowledge, he suddenly feels a disturbance. It is not something tremendously powerful, but it is something filled with hate, fear, and anger. Desmond enters the training room and kneels before his new master.

"I am yours. My life, my soul, and my blade, are all yours. Until the day you draw your last breath."

Desmond then proceeds to stand and stare his master straight in the eyes. Agreoran notices the empty red color that dominates Desmond's eyes. Desmond observes his master, and he can tell that a man who holds so much power will make an excellent mentor.

"what is thy bidding, my master?"

"To begin your training, I want you to come at me. Test your skills so I know where you stand in your strengths and weaknesses," Agreoran said as he let his feet touch the ground. He drew his blue lightsaber and spun it around his body before keeping it downward at his side. It was a usual readying attempt before assuming his battle stance.

Desmond ignites his lightsaber. The crimson blade flows out smoothly, making a faint hissing sound as it does so. Desmond then takes the juyo form. He waits a moment before charging at his master. He raises his left hand, and from it a small ball of lightning begins to form. Desmond slides this ball of lightning onto his blade, entwining it with lightning and making the blade much more deadly.

Once he reaches his master, Desmond begins a flurry of strikes, aiming for hid masters elbows, knees, stomach, and throat.

Agreoran blocked each strike with the same amount of speed as Desmond. He was fast, there was no doubt about that, but he could go faster. Any Luminado was trained to unleash their full potential. Desmond wouldn't be any different.

When he made his final block, he unleashed a sphere of energy which would push Desmond off of him. Depending on how Desmond landed would be the cause of his next move. If he were to fall on his back, Agreoran would jump up and cause him to yield by holding the blade at his neck, then his training would begin. If he were to land on his feet, however, he would unleash a storm of force lightning which only one of his previous students had seen. His lightning was signature to himself, bearing an orange color.

Desmond is thrown backwards, but his agile nature gives him the time to land promplty on his feet. He quickly notices Agreoran releasing his orange lightning. Desmond throws his lightsaber in front of him diagonally, to block the most direct amount of lightning. Lightning from above him crash down onto his head, back, and shoulders. Desmond falls to his knees, but refuses to let the pain knock him out. He shakily stands from the attack, and begins to charge his own lightning. A few sparks of lightning form around his hand, but they suddenly stop, and Desomond falls forward, the pain beign to much for his body to handle.

Agreoran ceased the lightning and withdrew his blade. "Alright, this will be your first lesson," he said. "I am going to teach you to use the force in order to give you energy to withstand power as that. Come here," he said. He opened his mind once more to the force, allowing it to flow through his body.

Desmond shakily stood and limped over to were his master stood. Once he reached his master he sat cross legged on the ground in front of him, to conserve energy, and began to clear his mind. This was a very challenging thing for Desmond to do. Terror and bloodlust always filled his head, there absence was...disturbing for him at the least.

"I see your already taking the first steps. That's good. Clear your mind from everything and allow the force to completely flow through your body, reaching into your inner most parts. It will replenish your energy and grant you more strength," he said, keeping his eyes closed and 'seeing' through the force.

It takes Desmond a while, but after about ten minutes he can feel it happening. The force flows through his body, his energies are replenished and he feels calmed. His mind is focused, and he is ready to start training.

"Good. You're learning well. Now, while your energy is replenished, your wounds aren't healed. This next technique will fix that. Every Luminado must be able to heal himself or herself and his or her allies in battle. Have a seat," he said as he himself sat down. The next move was going to be force heal. If Desmond could master this power, which Agreoran had no doubts he would, his training would be that much easier. "As you did with the replenish ability, you'll do for healing. The difference is that you'll place a hand over the wound and allow the force to channel through it and into that wound, closing and repairing the damaged tissue. Try it," he said.

Desmond takes in several deep breaths. He shuts his eyes, and raises his hand slightly over a large burn on his arm. His arm starts to shake, and slowly a blue glow begins to emerge from his hand, the burn begins to heal. Desmond opens his eyes suddenly, as if he was woken from a dream, and he looks at his hand. The blue light suddenly becomes pitch black and the burn begins to spread, creating cracks in his arm and plagueing his blood stream. Desmond smiles at the sight, but remembers what he is suppose to be doing. He closes his eyes and begins to heal again, the wound reduces until there is a mere faded red area on his arm. Desmond opens his eyes once again and looks at his master.

Agreoran was taken slightly by what he had seen. Desmond had reversed the healing power every Luminado had to master. Even if it wasn't wha he had said, he still healed himself. Agreoran was actually impressed greatly.

"Now that was a power I haven't seen in my lifetime," he said. "You reversed the healing process and turned the force into a poison. I must say, you're my most intuitive student yet. I've great plans for you," he said proudly.

"I know you won't," Agreoran said. "You're next lesson will be an easy one. It will be to mask you appearence using the force, creating an illusion of someone else over you," he explained. For an example, he chaged to the perfect image of a young girl with bouncy curly brown hair and blue eyes like the oceans of naboo. She was merely a child Agreoran had seen once before during his political exploits in some of the other major cities.

Desmond was taken back at first. This tasks seemed like it would take years for him to even manage to do. He took a deep breath. He closed his eyes and went through his memory to all of the people he had encountered throughout his journies. Most of them he couldn't even put a name on. After a while, he was able to remember a face. The face of the closest thing he had had to a lover. He remembered her, all of the small details about her, and as he thought of them he let his energy flow. His eyes opened and they were now a hazel color. He held up his hands, they had been transformed from strong dark skinned masculine hands, into small, fragile, light, feminein hands. He felt his face, the skin instead of tattooed and hardened was soft, and unscarred. He then touched his hair it was soft, and hung about his shoulders, he had done it, he had transformed himself into Jaiden Knull.

"Very good. I am impressed. You seem to be learning things quickly and efficiently. Your training may be completed sooner than you think," Agreoran said. The next test was something he'd seen Desmond already display, but he wanted to see its full potential.

"I know you can use this power already, but I want you to use it at its most powerful; the force lightning. Every Luminado mercenary has this power mastered at their respective levels before completion of their training. There are three targets on the ceiling," he said. On que, three targets dropped down in different places. "Decimate each target with force lightning in a controlled manner so that no stray sparks hit anything but the target," he commanded. He stood back and watched.

Finally, something Desmond was sure that he could excell in. Desmond did not even have to prepare for this task. He raised one arm, and one by one, desimated the targets, making sure not to put to much power behind each bolt, and also making sure they each hit the exact center of the targets.

"You have done well. Meet me at my ship. We will go for you final test before your training is complete," Agreoran said. With that, he left the training room and headed for the ship bays. His ship was one of Luminado's corvettes, meant for diplomatic reasons, but could easily be used as a warship if needed. It was about as alarge as a freighter, but the design was more sleek and aerodynamic. It was fast and efficient.
