It took a lot of work, but he had finally acquired the rights for the park. It was all his, right down to every last ride, ice cream stand and the smallest of shrubbery. It was not as huge as one of the other parks say on Coruscant maybe, but for one on Zeltros it was sure one hell of a gift. Acquiring the rights to it was a difficult job, and when Renegade lost near five games of dejarik with the owner he befriended, he accused him of cheating and slipped a synox tablet into his drink before he left. Returning one hour later, the owner of the park was dead and Renegade went to work. It took hours to do it, but a little patience went a long way to forge a deal so he was now ownership of the fun park.

That was about a week ago, and putting on a new identity for himself, one named Sir Isac Wallace, he reopened the park as he watched the money flow in and people, mostly it being zeltrons and tourists. The money meant nothing to him and would have just been extra napkins or coffee filters. It did have a good use though, with it he started a lottery for all who came into the park today. One lucky winner would share with Renegade a seat through time. This War was getting worse already, people were going to die, cities would blow up and leaders would be assassinated. Renegade saw a way around this! Under the park, deep in the storage basement was a work-in-progress carbonite freezing chamber big enough to freeze a big chunk, just big enough for Renegade and one other. That was what the lottery was for, him and one other would be spared the horrors of war not even Renegade could possibly match.

Of course, the chances of this succeeding extremely low, with death being the likely outcome and life being as likely as a Hutt diet program being the best selling weight loss program on the market. For now though, wearing his purple suit and top hat, he sat in his office and watched all in the park have their fun, each one having a lottery ticket when they came into the park. Many others would have a free pass on many of the park's rides and shows, even an evening with some of the prettier ones who worked here. However, only one was worth it out of all others, and Renegade wanted to make sure he had a playmate with him when the Apocalypse came and went.

"I want to go on that ride!" requested Angela.

"Ba I want ice cream," whined Damien.

Bordeaux sighed. "We can go on the ride first, then buy some ice cream." Damien cheered.

Wanting some time with her children, Damien and Angela, Bordeaux had brought her children to Zeltros. She heard Gareth might be there later, which the children were happy about.

The trio got in line.

* Statement: Wonderful, a great way to ease my building stress, oh how I enjoy rides *

A-21 walked through the gates of the park. He took his lottery ticket and looked at it.

#53,489

He inserted the ticket into his data banks and continued walking. People stared as they always did, maybe now with a more understandable reason. It wasn't everyday that you saw an assassin droid walking through an amusement park. A-21 couldn't decide what to do first, all of the rides looked fantastic, but the prizes from the games were rather splendid too. Finally, he decided on going on one of the rides. He got in line and waited eagerly.

What was she doing here again? Something on her ship probably needed fixing, but for the smell of something wonderful was entering her nostrils and she was drawn to the bright flashy lights of a park. There was a large line up for something...but what? Intrigued, Va'tu stood in line, idly glancing through the crowd of Zeltron. She watched as they were handed a stub of paper, a ticket perhaps?

Finally, she reached the entrance to the park and was handed her ticket. #67,230. Was it for a prize? She shrugged and walked towards the rides. Not seeing any amusement in waiting in line with a bunch of whining, sticky children surrounded by exasperated parents, she found a park bench and sat quietly. She jotted down a few notes for future stories, looked through older entries; sometimes she smiled at the really ones where she wasn't very good.

When would the prize be announced? If it was a new ship modulator that would be a blessing. Va'tu smiled and crossed her legs, humming quietly to herself.

"Ah, what a marvelous day today is! Tis a shame, it's usually more crowded here."

The Renegade spoke, then went to check his datapad for something. Everything was still on schedule and soon he and one lucky person would spend eternity together down below. Pocketing it, he twirled his cane some and went towards the exit to a podium set up down below. Before he did though, he went to the intercom room where he could speak to all his guests in the park through it's speakers.

"HELLO EVERYONE! IT PLEASES ME DEEPLY TO SEE YOU ARE ALL ENJOYING YOUR STAY HERE. IN ONE HOUR, THIS YEAR'S LOTTERY WILL BE HELD. THOSE WHO HAVE THEIR TICKET STUBS WHEN YOU CAME INTO THE PARK, HANG ONTO THEM! YOU MAY BE THE WINNER OF THE GRAND MYSTERIOUS PRIZE, OR PERHAPS ONE OF MANY OTHER RUNNER UPS! MEET ME IN THE GRANDEUR PARK, WHERE WE ARE SETTING UP EVERYTHING. THANK YOU, AND HAVE A GREAT DAY AT MY PARK!"

With the message sent, Renegade grinned and made his way to the park, almost skipping some as he passed many of his guests and workers. It truly was a great day.
