Its a pretty big universe out there. Huge, even.
And yet there are only a few groups of people who have the resources and desire to put bounties out on folks heads?
I intend to change that. And I would hope that some of you might be interested to do the same.
I've already gotten a second member, so just one more interested member and we could get things going. But I suppose I should say a bit more about the idea before I start trying to convince people to help get things going. So if you are still following, I shall explain below.
The Contract Talent Agency (this is a working title, to be sure) is an independent faction designed to appeal to everybody - primarily completely independent characters with players who don't want to see them tied down to one faction or another. Myself and those interested can work to develop missions for bounty hunters, mercenaries, smugglers, and other less reputable sorts to earn credits. We could work out mission arcs and one-offs, work with indie players who are needing NPC-ers for missions, and more.
The general theme is that of a - talent agency. A professional business with suits, business cards, and logo-bearing coffee mugs in the hands of sleep-deprived interns. The difference between this company and many others is that when a manager says "heads will roll" they very well likely mean it literally. There are a lot of talented killers, smugglers, and hunters in the universe - this is a company built to find that talent - and then find it work.
So, any takers?
