DESCRIPTION
A pre-cursor to the CF9 Crossfire Starfighter that was owned exclusively by the New Republic, the CX7 was designed and manufactured during the initial rise of the New Republic after the Fall of the Empire. It heavily resembles the X-Wing with it's wings mounted forward. The hallmarks of Incon design are evident in the craft The CX7 is still has sightings in the galaxy although production has discontinued.

With it's four laser cannons, variable warhead launchers (which carries torpedoes by default), a good amount of speed and maneuverability, the Crossfire is on par with the the New Alderaanian manufactured Stalwart-class Starfighter. Similar with the Crossfire and the X-Wing, the Crossfire has S-foils where the frontal wings bearing the laser cannons fold inwards if need be, also making storage easier.

The CX7 comes with a more humble level of firepower than the CF9, but is smaller, less bulkier, and has better sublight speed.

LEGALITY
Restricted. These ships are starfighters, and are subject to extra licensing requirements and increased scrutiny by authorities.

INTENT
Reskin of the Stalwart-class, also to make a non-faction look-alike of the CF9.
