Little is known about the woman who would become "Darth Trelain" before she became a Sith. Rumors have abounded among the Acolytes of the Korriban Academy and even the Champions and Masters over the years.

What is known is that she ascended to become the Warden of the Korriban Academy due to her exceptional skills demonstrated in the ISB. She became known for her ability to ferret out spies and crush dissent within Imperial ranks, and eventually she seized on the chance to instruct the next generation of Sith in the more nuanced parts of being an Imperial.

At the Battle of Korriban she survived the attempted assassination from her lifelong rival Master Letous, Arcane Master of the Korriban Academy and oversaw the clearing of the academy by any subsequent Killik stragglers. Upon ensuring the security of the Twin Worlds, Master Trelain was appointed Darth Trelain and took the seat formerly held by the now-Empress as Imperial Warden.

P E R S O N A L I T Y

Trelain is not an easy woman to get to know and keeps most of her cards quite close to her chest. She is quiet and reserved but also extremely motivated to obtain what she desires and will sacrifice anything or anyone to obtain it.

As a member of the Sith Council, Darth Trelain's skills in the Force and with a lightsaber are impressive. She is also skilled in tradecraft, deception, psychological warfare, and technological manipulation.

So out of curiosity, we can transform Darth level NPCs and make them PCs? Or is this just a special circumstance for story plotting by the Admin team?

This was comparable to the decision to allow Scoobert and Apollyon to make Council characters in order to fill the role of AFL. I've been continuing to perform those general duties (albeit in a less intensive manner) since Renfry stepped down from being Empress, but I didn't have a character to assist in enforcing it on the IC side of things. There was a choice between making Trelain an NPC Council member (who are seldom used due to the taxing nature of DMing them) or making her a PC and the latter was approved
