Unless your character is a "self-proclaimed" 'Darth,' you probably won't be allowed to start out with the title. According to the Sith Brotherhood write-up, the 'Darths' (Sith Lords) are limited to five Sith who have ascended through the ranks.

Everything else about the profile seems good, save the name. You can keep it if you absolutely wish and have him self proclaim the title, but don't be surprised if it angers the Council and they want to come have a 'word' with you over tea and lightsabers. :P

I would highly recommend changing it.
